First of all, the shipping process was unacceptable. It took almost two months for the product to arrive. On top of that, I was surprised to discover that I had to pay import taxes equivalent to the price of three additional bottles just to receive the package. This significantly increased the total cost and was never made clear upfront.

Secondly, the product itself is not practical. The texture is very thick and does not spread easily. It leaves the hair feeling sticky and has an unpleasant smell. Although the instructions recommend using only a few drops, I found that nearly impossible — the serum does not glide like other hair serums I have used. I don’t even have many grey hairs, yet I needed far more product than expected for a single application.

After just one use, about 30% of the small bottle’s content was already gone. Considering each bottle cost, and may last only one or two applications, completing a 12-week treatment would be extremely expensive. I purchased three bottles expecting them to last about a month, but that clearly will not be the case.

And if you consider claiming the “guarantee,” there is another surprise: you are required to send the product back to the United States — even though it is manufactured in China — at your own expense. Even more concerning, the product must be unused to qualify for a full refund. Otherwise, they only refund 50% of the purchase price. This makes the so-called guarantee feel misleading and unrealistic.

I genuinely wanted to give this product a fair chance, but based on the texture, the high usage per application, the hidden additional costs, and the restrictive refund policy, this treatment is simply not sustainable for me — especially with international shipping to Indonesia.

Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I have used the Liaison Lash a number of times and have not been disappointed. I tried other products and did not see the results that I saw with Liaison.
This will forever be my go to.

i have tried a handful of online beauty store but this one stands out for few reason, first the product selection is impressive. there's mix of well known brands smaller indie labels that are not easy to find elsewhere

I was sceptical but my lashes were in tatters so I tried the lash serum. The results were incredible. I feel like I look fresh and awake again. So anyway, I ordered more but the tube was empty or dried out. I wrote an email late in the evening, and within half an hour they had written back and resolved my complaint! I purchased the hair removal cream , this stuff is horrible smells horrible and burned.My skin in places I don't want to mention. When I contacted them for my money backTheir reply was exchange or credit to their account, there is nothing I would buy from them.In fear that it would smell terrible and break my skin out again. I tried to contact them.The only reply I got was a generic email stating they do not refund money. I would never recommend this for hair removal product. I only wished I had read reviews before purchasing.

They betray with the price. Don't think when you paid product and shipping you are done. They will ship it with customs unpaid so you will pay customs and service fees.
Support was not planning to reimburse our fix the lie, although it is illegal in Europe not to show the full final price. They just wanted to give me some "shut up" money... 2 Euro. Although I had to pay ~ 14 Euro extra.
What bothers me is that they betray every customer this way, relying on them to just accept it after long waiting times for shipping.
Not to mention that I had to travel to the post office, losing working his to pick it up as the post cannot just stop it in your post box or at the neighbor. They need you, in person to be at home during the day.
All in all, inacceptable.

With the new formula my eyebrows broke out in a terrible rash. Had to stop using it. Eyelash serum really irritated my eyes. They would get red and just water all day long. It was terrible. People kept asking me if I was crying. Had to stop using that also. In less the old formula comes back I will no longer use. I’m disappointed for using and buying the product for years. Now it just gets tossed in the trash 😒. I feel it was a very big bait and switch
