Amazing results
I’ve been trying the Homeso retinol + HPR serum and honestly it’s quite amazing. I was low key scared it would burn my face off like some retinols do, but this one is actually pretty gentle. It soaks in fast and doesn’t feel heavy or oily. After a week or two I noticed my skin looking smoother, especially the little texture bumps. My skin tone looked more even too, which I wasn’t expecting. I only use it a few nights a week but it still works without making me peel like crazy.
The bottle is cute and minimal. Overall, the serum itself definitely did something. My skin just looks a bit brighter and more put together.

My impressions of Ho-me-so are mixed. The quality of their care products is really high, the products are well selected and meet the stated specifications. However, the level of service is very disappointing. My order was put together incorrectly: a warehouse worker made a mistake in the order. After contacting customer support, the situation was not rectified — managers do not respond to messages and do not provide any feedback.
This approach indicates a low level of customer focus and inefficient order processing. Despite the high quality of the products, the overall experience of interacting with the company was unsatisfactory.

Huge delay with delivery
When I ordered products second time, the delivery took one month. Order was placed in August for €150 delivered in the end of September, after I opened a complaint. They never replied to my email, so I reached them on Facebook in September, but they replied in the middle of October, when I already received the order. Very bad customer service.

To clarify, your order was placed on 24 August, and we received your first inquiry regarding the delay on 21 September. Until that point, we had not been informed of any issue. Once we became aware of the problem, we responded to your email within a four hours and immediately contacted FedEx.
Your parcel had unfortunately been circulating within the courier’s system, and we took action promptly to resolve the issue. As a result, your package was successfully delivered just four days later, on 25 September.
We always do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible once we are made aware of them. In your case, as soon as we learned there was a problem with the delivery, we acted immediately and resolved it within four days. However, if we are not informed, we unfortunately cannot step in or assist in time. We genuinely regret any frustration this caused.
