If I could give zero I would. Ordered wallet beginning of November when it had t arrived after a month I cancelled the order. Despite promised refund nothing materialised so I got my bank involved who are chasing them now. They disputed the claim with the bank and now I know why as on 6th January the wallets were delivered despite me cancelling them. I don’t want them so now trying to get a return out of them but that will be fruitless. My bank has refunded me meantime but they’ve got zero chance of anything out of these scammers. Do not order from them!

I placed an order for a wallet with Holvis Madrid on December 6th. Their website clearly states that delivery takes 5–8 business days, yet after 14 business days I still had not received my order.

I contacted them to request a refund, but they have not replied at all. There has been zero communication, no tracking update, and no explanation for the delay.

This level of service is unacceptable. Ignoring customers after taking their money is unprofessional and dishonest. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Holvis Madrid.

I am still waiting for my refund.

Sadly I experienced the same as others here, no wallet, excuses, delaying tactics. I used PAY PAL thinking that might give me some protection, but they paid out even before it was supposedly shipped. They have now said they will give me a refund, but I am not holding my breath. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

As with most others. No wallet, lots of email delaying tactics when requesting a refund. Usually I check trustpilot first, on this occasion I didn’t, so that is on me. Avoid, it’s a scam company.

Terrible service, no wallet delivery after three weeks, how they’re allowed to advertise on Meta I’ll never know. They claim to have my order but offer no ETA. A big red flag for other potential purchasers.

Placed my order on 24th November, despite notification that shipping would be 24/48 hours later on checking order the item has yet to be shipped. Have requested a refund.
Have repeatedly requested to cancel my order as items had not shipped, was told that order would be cancelled and a refund processed. Items have finally been delivered (9th Jan). Holvis now appear to be ignoring my emails. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Unbelievably bad - had my money for 6 weeks - no mention of delivery until I chased them - then, like others I've just read, I got the 50% offer - which I declined. They either don't know how to refund or can't because they have no funds - not an ounce of professionalism.
I will now contact the bank and see what they can do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!!

Very good product, I recommend it. No more wallet as big as a fridge!! Ergonomic, classy, and discreet.

Ordered mine October 24 still waiting emailed reply was to many ordered last look it was in transit..
Been in transit since NOV 28th

Still waiting despite email chase. Don’t touch with a barge pole.

Ordered 4 wallets from Holvis end of October 2025
No contact made except when I asked for a refund !! Many emails later still awaiting a refund
Awful company just awful do not place an order with them poop poor service

Goods not received.
Refund not received.
Replies to emails horrendously slow.

Without a doubt a scam business.

Ordered a wallet on November 6th with the website saying it would be dispatched in 24/48 hours.
Chased it up on the 19th November as it still hadn't been sent and was told it would be prioritised.
10 days later and it still hasn't been sent.
I'd only order now if you want yours for Christmas 2026.
Going to cancel my order and buy a different brand.
Update December 2nd.
Still no wallet and no contact.
Pursuing a refund from PayPal.
Avoid at all costs.

Why didn't I find this wallet earlier? It's perfect for cards and bills, compact and fits in any pocket.
