Believe the bad reviews...I had several domains with home.pl for years but will transfer all of them to a different registrar now. They really left me hanging when I needed them and I will never buy a domain there ever again.
They refused to help me transfer one of my domains to a different registrar, which was necessary because they don't have certain features. Customer service was unfriendly and refused to help, e.g. didn't provide me with the AUTHcode. They hid behind some technical impossibilities, which I know to be untrue. Don't buy domains from them.

We are not sure whether the authinfo code did not concern a .eu domain. For this type of domain, the code is obtained directly by the user on the EURID website.
We also do not know which missing functionalities you are referring to.

Very poor service
Very poor service, I do not recommend. Unfortunately, after purchasing a domain package and email service, the email does not work, which caused many issues with the company’s suppliers. When we reached out to the company, we did not receive an adequate response, and we are still dealing with the issue with no solution. Stay away!!!

Bought a VPS
Bought a VPS, and it took hours and hours to get online. Now, my time to configure the application is running out. There's no live support, and now I’m supposed to buy a new VPS from another company, and they can’t refund either! and lied VPS will have SSD NVMe ,guess what it's HDD !

After 3 days of server failure because of their mistakes , they said according to your company legal form there's nothing to happen , no refund no compensation , just we are allowed to violate promised SLA of 99.9% and nothing to happen , looking for another service provider !!!!

I order some services from this company…
I order some services from this company because I'm living in Poland and I regret so badly! Please don't waste your time and your money just order services from other company. I even lost time writing this review hoping I can get someone.
The customer service is 0, the time to reply a simple email it's 48 hours, it's just ridiculous how can you call this a BUSINESS.

This company is just a crock
This company is just a crock. I lost my business domain because of them. I want able to renew and was transferred to some Chinese company the same day of renewal. I don’t get their notifications or warning that domain will be moved, and some fake website was on my domain which I spent on it a lot of money to make SEO. This company is just unreliable and untrustworthy. Don’t buy domains from them or host ur work with them.
