Unfortunately my experience is much different than that of other customers.
The delivered coffee grinder G-IOTA PRO83 V3 had some issues like visible scratches and some grease on the burrs.
And there was no invoice attached.
Homebarista promised to exchange the grinder, to send the invoice as pdf and they promised to carefully check the new grinder.
The new grinder was in a sealed box what indicates the grinder was not checked.
The new one had no grease on the burrs, but a damaged pointer at the coarse-fine-dial. The pointer has left a deep circular scratch on the dial.
When moving the heavy grinder on the table the power cable was easily pulled out of the grinder. Inside there were loose screws that should have tighten the cable fastener.
As an electrical engineer I've found some more electrical "issues" inside, e.g. plasitc part used for protective earth connection.
This chinese grinder should be engineered and tested for CE-conformance.
The HV unit of the Ionizer did not work. The HV cables were damaged by very tight cable straps.
etc.
No response to my email with attached photographs and I'm still waiting for an invoice.
Now I know why the G-IOTA PRO83 V3 was much cheaper at homebarista that at german dealers.
I've fixed all electrical and mechanical issues by myself and now I'm having a safe product.

There was NO email EXCHANGE about my comments on the second grinder - I'm still waiting for an answer. As you are the responsible company for bringing this chinese product to the european market, I've suggested to ask your in-house technicians what they think about potential electrical safety issues.
I've also asked for a replacement dial because it was scratched on arrival. This is just a metal sticker that can be replaced easily.
Still waiting for the invoice. Would be a good start to make me believe what you wrote yesterday as response to my review.
