Support was great, vps plans were affordable and on part with other mainstream players like linode and digitalocean etc. There are scopes of improvement, but so far, good for the money spent.

Low price and quick customer support when in need are the features I liked with Hostgraber. I hope Hostgraber continues to provide good service.
