I ordered a vase from them & delivery was really quick especially as we have a pandemic. The vase looked exactly as on the website & was really pleased. Sadly it leaked as apparently it had not been glazed. I got in contact with them and the response from a chap Nick was pretty amazing. He replied promptly was very apologetic & refunded me the full amount. I would certainly buy from them again as they have a gorgeous selection of items, but it was the customer service experience that I was most impressed with. If every company gave the great service that Hurn & Hurn give, life would be so much easier.
