Boiler issue? No problem!

I recently bought a property with a 2 year old Ideal combi boiler. We had an issue where the boiler was coming on, not showing any faults on the display panel but not heating the radiators.The previous owner had not left any paperwork or information on the boiler ( or anything else) so I called ideal and gave them the serial no. Off the boiler. The very pleasant lady looked it up on her system and said there was a 10 year warranty on it and they would send a technician to deal with it THE NEXT DAY! He duly turned up on time, was very pleasant and efficient and resolved the issue in under 30 minutes.
This level of service and professionalism is rare these days and I am delighted with my experience with Ideal.

Outstanding service and engineer.

The boiler specialist (I forgot to get his name), arrived in the time slot advised this morning. It may sound strange but the van was clean and he was immaculate in the company uniform and had a very engaging personality, which all adds upto putting the customer at ease, knowing you are dealing with a very professional company. The repair was carried out efficiently and in a very tidy manner.
He also gave great advice on keeping the system running smoothly.
I would highly recommend ideal for there professional manner.
Again I can only apologise for not getting the engineers name, but he delivered excellent service. Thank you.

Liam text the evening before with an estimated arrival time. He arrived on time and was polite and pleasant. He worked on the boiler and it seems to have sorted out the problem.
