Very Disappointing – Do Not Buy
Bought a bathroom cabinet and it is the only product we truly regret purchasing for our new home. After assembling it, we discovered that it doesn’t stand properly because the two sides are uneven in length. For the price, this level of quality is unacceptable. We are extremely disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a better-made option.

Regarding your order, you contacted us directly and were informed that the product can be returned, even after assembly. As explained, deductions may apply if the item shows signs of use or if the original packaging is missing, which is standard practice and clearly stated in our return terms.
If the cabinet has a manufacturing defect, it can also be handled as a warranty or complaint case, and we are happy to assist further with this. We asked how you would like to proceed, but have not received a response yet.
We encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the matter properly. Our goal is always to find a fair solution for the customer.
This is a failure.
Don't deal with them under any circumstances. It's better to pay a little extra and buy somewhere else. You'll wait 3-4 months, I guarantee it. They even managed to lose my account. I wanted to give my child a birthday present, but I was a couple of months late because of them. They promised to let me know when the item finally arrived at the warehouse, but they didn't. When I told them it was taking an inhumanly long time and I wanted my money back, they replied that the item was already on its way to me. These are the slowest resellers I've ever dealt with.

Very expensive and cheap
Very, very expensive place. If you do your research you'll definitely save on their ebikes. Bought 2 bikes there sadly. One having issues with it not being water tight so control unit broke. Also when changing the tire 4cm i found tire tubes for a 2.8cm tire. For real bike bought for 22k on sale where you can get elsewhere for 7k then with some taxes and shipping. Yeah and the company no matter what price you need to pay shipping. It's ashame.

One of the worst business I have ever…
One of the worst business I have ever had to deal with. Bought a sunbed out of wood, and it broke almost immediately because of the poor quality of the item. I then had to argue with a rude customer-service that told me that "I had to have stepped on the wood-plank etc" and destroyed it myself; which was not the case. I layed down on the bed for the first time and one of the plank broke immediately. And they blamed everything on me.
So poor quality, awful customer-serivice which I had to argue to get them to send me a wooden plank (which took forever). The wood-bed now doesn´t look good with the "extra" plank they sent me. They had no interest of giving any sort of discount either, and was not appologetic at all.
Will never use them again.
