not responding and trustworthy

The Intrum website made a mistake and charged me for a bill two times. They accepted this mistake however they do not take any action to refund it. I am looking for a lower or a company that legally claim this, because they seem not responding and trustworthy!

I got a letter from INTRUM regarding a service I haven't contracted from the company TRYG. They cant proof I have contracted it but they keep pushing me to pay. While I was trying to handle this case with them, I got to talk with a person from INTRUM, that has told me that I dont know how things are because that is not how it works in Denmark. I have lived here for 5 years now, I have contracted many services with no problem, I am working hard to learn danish and I dont deserve to be descriminated by this company. I told them I will pay as soon as I get the proof that I contracted the service, and they still answer "Tryg want you to pay, do it as soon as possible". If this would be my mistake, I take responsability for it, BUT IT WASNT. VERY POOR SERVICE, AND VERY AWEFUL TO BE DISCRIMINATED BY A COMPANY IN DENMARK IN 2023.

Amateurs - No response

I wrote them a mail 20 days ago, but they never answered. I wrote them again 12 days ago to don't forget to answer me. No answer again. Today I received an email with the same claim that I already paid 20 days ago. Intrum is an idiot, amateur company.

My worst experience dealing with a Danish company.

I'll save the long story of how patronising, don't-give-a-s**t attitude they engaged in all the emails exchanges, when they knew they don't have a case, they sent me a settlement letter, asking how much I am willing to settle. Being very annoyed with their attitude and harassment, I wrote -1400kr, which equals the value of the hours I spent on doing what I was told to. Then I got a new email saying, we received your settlement of 1400kr, please pay. I ignored them, and then a few months later I got a letter from RKI.

The most ridiculous part comes, I called the number on RKI letter but it's actually Intrum answering, explaining that when I signed the settlement letter, I pledged guilty on that case. I argued that I also wrote -1400kr, if you accepted my pledged guilty, you pay me 1400kr and the case is over. He said no, we only take the part you pledged guilty, we can not pay you 1400kr. I said that's not how an agreement works, you can't just take whatever part you like, he said yes that's how it works in this case.

So, I wish there is some powerful man to take them down, I am too weak to fight them.

They don't even deserve a quarter of a star and honestly the story is too long and worthless to be discussed but I simply have no words to describe the incompetence, audaucity and unprofessionalism of some of their customer "support" agents, especially the one I've just been dealing with on the very last occasion.

She was very good in commanding, giving life lessons and shutting your mouth off but cannot even explain the value of an invoice or its reasoning,without babbling 5 times; what to discuss more about other things, even the normality of the tone pace and the whole atittude itself.

If such employees are allowed to even be there i sincerely doubt there is any quality, profesionalism or logical critical thinking in how the whole company operates on a big scale.

I think she didn't only act unprofessional but more than that she humiliated me in several matters which is totally unacceptable.

I don't care how smart she considered she was or how entitled to tell me how to manage my own life without even knowing anything about me but certainly the whole happening plus the attitude, the bossy talk and everything else it was a shocking experience for me; proving once again how easy it is for those who got a job in such a position to talk anyhow and judge you without even knowing you got 3 degrees and know very well what you are doing and how things happen in reality.

I totally feel disgusted, dissapointed, humiliated and mistreated and the funny part is I even payed them before time, like what is even the purpose of treating me so? Its totally crazy, really!

To be told pure lies and be talked to like you are a piece of crap is certainly not something worth wasting time on so make sure you shut their mouths first, don't be diplomatic as I was, otherwise they will only humiliate you each and every way they can!

Please, make sure to train your customer service agents properly before sending them to duty if you don't want to deal always with "crazy" people like us.

Let's be real, it's not all of us that need you, it's you who needs us all so you should try better in dealing with us.

This small piece of advice comes from someone who really knows how everything works because I worked myself within the banking and insurance industries for years and never in my entire life have I experienced something similar to this.

Do not forget we all have rights, and that is the number one objective to be respected, I am a human being and I should be treated as such, no one should act superior and especially not someone answering phones for Intrum, that should be there to "serve within the service".

We should all know our places and the leght of our own noses cause f I needed a life coach, a financial advisor, an educator or a military instructor I would have certainly called somewhere else and by my own will, not because someone forces me to listen to their bad temper and prejudgements just because I need a question to be answered.

Extremely bad service

I just called to Intrum.dk regarding a payment receipt that I had received and I did not understand and for which I would like some clarification.
The answer from the person on the phone was 'you do not need to understand, you just need to pay', to which I responded that was extremely rude and unacceptable.
The person on the phone responded then: "yes, yes, whatever, just pay' and hang up the phone.

This behavior is unacceptable and I really hope it will be taken into consideration and punished to the person I talked with.

Scam company or at least they operate…

Scam company or at least they operate in a level of a scam!

They have never responded to any of my emails, and if you call them they will tell "we will look into why you have this false bill" and then couple days later you just get another bill, no explanation.

Worst service. Specially frustrating when company like Ørsted uses such bad company as their partners...

Been in the claws of this Company…

Been in the claws of this Company twice. First time they tryed to trick me to give up my nem-id (access card to everything important)

Now they contacted me with a old case, that is solved. I actualy won that case and had my money back through another incasso Company, now they claim they have a good solution for me... “pls Call us” fraud Company to the bone. The law here in Denmark is to weak to close Companys like these, shame on you!

Really bad company Mafia like extortion…

Really bad company Mafia like extortion methods

This company which is suppose to handle un paid invoices professionally has compeltley messed up. My invoices are all managed by auto debit and for some reason the energy company screwed it up.
Forgot to auto debit my electricity Intrum then proceeds to send me two fines (not 1).,
Moreover these finds reminders for unpaid invoices keep being sent to defunct address that I haven't lived on nor been registered on for the past 13months.

The Support keeps citing various disclaimers and mixing these with company policy as to why they don't have my out of country correspondance address where I'm registered and why it's my responsiblity as a customer to pay an invoice despite the seller (Energy Company) refusing to pay it.

Great customer service. Understanding.

Great customer service.
I called about a bill from Orested. They understood the problem and agreed that I shouldn't pay the rukkergebyr (penalties).
Clearly much better than Orested that really didn't want to hear anything about it, despite it being their fault.
