This is my 2nd Scooter
This is my 2nd I Scooter. Customer service online is great. They get back to you and when you have recently purchased a scooter they are even faster. I have not had my Ix7 out yet as it the winter time here. I needed more range and this one doubles what the Ix3 gives. The Ix7 is a beast just looking at it. Heavy and well built. I have made a few suggestions for little things and they are going to bring it up at their next meetings. I had to buy longer screws for he mud flap at the rear of the scooter. Customer feedback and listening to your customers is the key to a successful business. The only thing that scares me with so many other items we can buy is where to get it repaired when the day comes. I wish they had a repair depot that serviced these units nearby. I have to drive at least 60 miles to find one when the day comes. It will be a day long event. I will not attempt to try and fix anything on it myself. I have not seen any scooter where I like the design and look better than the I scooter. Others just look flat and boring in appearance. I still to this day do not know where these scooters are made? I am assuming the US? Once I get this baby out on the pavement in about 8 weeks from now, I will be able to give a much better review. More range and the sale is the reason I bought the Ix7. I don't think I will be disappointed in my choice as this is a professional quality model. I look forward to years of going around the trails and cities. The scooter wants you to get out and look around your city and I have found so many trails I did not know existed.

Hi a bought a scooter with a 12 month warranty am glad a did because a had a problem with the scooter it stopped working within a month but its a chance u take buying anything but its how the company deal with the problem they where fine contacted them through email they took it back at there cost fixed it speedily and sent back out and gave me an extra warranty and let u pick something from there range of safety stuff a picked a bag thar goes on the scooter so a would like yo thank them for there response to the problem

I purchase the ix8 scooter in December as a Christmas present to myself, didn’t get to ride the scooter until mid January due to travels. The scooter is well built and really sleek, this scooter is the rolls Royce of all scooters. The scooter is extremely quick once you hit the 2nd and third gear. I will wait a little bit longer before I push the turbo gear, because it crazy. Customer service is outstanding and resolved any issues that you may encounter, very professional.

I bought a DX-5, and it came in within 4 days which was really awesome, especially considering I had canceled another order from a different website that took ungodly long. And then upon arrival, one of my side panels came damaged, and iScooter customer service offered to reimburse me for that whole panel which was amazing, wasn’t expecting that nor in such a timely manner. Great customer service and awesome experience over all and the scooters work great

In April of last year I purchased to scooters for this company. They arrived in no time. The customer service is amazing as well.

Customer service is awesome. I thought we had a problem charging i8M scooter after having it for just a couple of weeks. Turned out to be an issue was our outlet but the customer service response was quick and offered trouble shooting to determine if we needed a replacement. When I figure out the issue the agent who responded was reassuring and suggested updating them to make sure there isn't also a problem with the bike.
Avoid iScooter – ignoring consumer rights
I bought an electric scooter from iScooter and within a few months it developed a serious fault. The scooter became unsafe to use, and instead of offering a proper repair or a like-for-like replacement under UK consumer law, iScooter kept hiding behind their own 30-day returns policy.
Despite me reporting the fault within six months, they refused to follow what I understand to be their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They tried to push “solutions” such as a refurbished scooter or offers that involved me paying more money, rather than simply fixing or replacing the faulty product they sold me.
Because of their behaviour, I have taken advice from Citizens Advice and am in the process of having the matter referred to Trading Standards. I have kept a full record of emails showing how they have dragged this out instead of dealing with the problem in a fair and straightforward way.
After my experience, I looked more closely at their online reviews. In my opinion, many of the positive Google reviews look very similar in tone and timing and do not match what I and a number of other unhappy customers have gone through. It does not feel like a trustworthy reflection of the service I actually received.
I would not buy from iScooter again and I would strongly warn others to be very careful before handing over any money.

Ordered two (2) iScooter DX5s for Christmas. One has some minor cosmetic damage from shipping. The customer service team was very professional, helpful and patient with me. The technical support I received helped me make the necessary adjustments and they shipped me out a new wheel fender immediately. This is a great company with wonderful products, I highly recommend them and will be making more purchases from them in the future!

I ordered the i9m scooter for my son without knowing he had already purchased one. So I went through the return process since I no longer needed it. The staff was very helpful and assisted me as needed. Everything went smoothly. As for the quality of the scooter.
