I ordered a cafetière travel mug, which arrived quickly. I was contacted asking to leave a review which I was happy to to do so at the time. They offered to send me coffee samples if I did- which was never received.
Unfortunately the walls of the mug filled with water and so I emailed the company to complain. 3 emails later and a message on their Facebook page and no response at all. Not impressed with customer service at all- couldn’t change my initial review .
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with
Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Told me product was in stock when ordered. Never arrived, when you phone the customer service number, there is no one at the end of the line. Just an automotive recording. When emailed to ask for money back they still they reply saying they will refund or send an upgrade. Two months on still no refund or coffee machine.
Any reviews saying this is a genuine company must be the people that work for it as it is all fraud. Don’t buy, this isn’t a real company.

Update; after cancelling my order, I ordered the same Moccamaster coffee machine from a company called Blak Nektar; ordered Tuesday, arrived Thursday! :-)
Like others, I ordered a Moccamaster coffee machine and then had the delays with the dangled hope that it would be delivered the following week. They did respond each time I made an enquiry and as my alarm increased when I saw the many trust pilot reviews, I ended up asking for a cancellation and refund three weeks after ordering. The cancellation was triggered and the order refunded with apologies within two days. So overall not a good experience in terms of the fruitless promises that the delivery would happen, but I would want to be fair that in the circumstances the lines of email communication were open and the refund was issued promptly. I have since ordered from a different company and it was shipped within 24 hours, so clearly there are issues with this company in particular getting stock, rather than it being Brexit/Covid as a reason.

Like most other customers I bought a coffee machine from Javhub a few months ago. The machine took a long time to be shipped and when I chased it up I was told there was some kind of delay. First of all, why were Javahub accepting money for a product they said they had in stock but didn’t? and I why did I have to chase them on this instead of them informing me? These were the first of many issues regarding this company. After asking for a refund they first took forever to cancel and an entire month of ignoring my emails until they gave me my money back, which caused me a great deal of stress. It seems a lot of other customers haven't been so lucky and are still missing their money, which is disgraceful. The only advise I can give on getting your money back is; message the CEO directly on Linkedin, message Javahub on Instagram and don't stop pestering them via email. Honestly, don't fall for the slightly cheeper prices, pay the difference and shop somewhere else. Absolutely shameful company.

Chased and chased customer service re my order as no confirmation of any dispatch date given despite them confirming I couldn't have ordered the coffee machine I wanted if it wasnt in stock. The telephone number given doesmt actually connect you to anyone and is just a directive for you to email in. Megan on Customer Service excused their bad service on her being the only person responding to customer queries and complaints!
Never received my order
Never received my order after weeks of chasing, nobody answers the phone, got excuses over the chat/e-mail... I had to claim the money through my Credit-card company.
Most positive reviews are about coffee and they are invited: people are promised free coffee if they leave a positive review.
Awful customer service
I ordered the Wilfa Svart Precision Coffee grinder and decided to try a bag of their Columbian Reserve coffee. The order was delayed and I had to contact Java for updates, I was not kept in the loop about my order. I was informed there would be further delays to the order and so I cancelled and ordered the same grinder from Workshop with next day delivery. I have been waiting for a refund for a month and the Customer Services Manager, has informed me to keep chasing for the refund if it is not showing up in my account. This is the worse case of customer service. I didn't even have my ordered fulfilled and Java have held onto my money. I would avoid this company as they are clearly hard up and need to charge people and not fulfill the orders...I have emailed again. Just appalling.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!!! At least not for coffee machines - I can't comment on the coffee (since that never arrived either). If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a coffee machine in February and after a couple of weeks chased it up to be told like many others there was a delay shipping from Europe which given the COVID & Brexit situation was understandable. After waiting a few more weeks with still no communication I chased up again to be told the same thing with no delivery date. I was promised an email from the CEO but nothing. The phone number is a joke as it just goes to a recorded message telling you to get in contact via the website so there is no way to actually speak to anyone. I eventually cancelled my order a month ago which was acknowledged by 'Megan' and I was promised a refund - which despite chasing up twice I am still waiting for. I have now submitted a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Call me suspicious but I am beginning to think this is a scam site designed to take people's money. One sign of this was after chasing up my refund for my cancellation I received a text from a USA number saying my order had been cancelled and I was being refunded - of course the refund never appeared.
Con Artists
I placed an order for a coffee machine over a month ago. After 2 weeks, I emailed them to ask where my order was and was politely told in a personalised email that due to Brexit/COVID there were delays on getting stock and my item would be dispatched by next day delivery once they received their "imminent" delivery. Another week or maybe 2 goes by, to be honest I've lost track, I replied to the email and got nothing. I have since checked trustpilot and found all these 1 star reviews, everyone saying the same thing.
So I decide to write an email, that I never really expected to get a reply to, conveying my anger and disgust at being ignored and essentially robbed. I also told them exactly what I think of fraudsters like them and that I would be raising a fraud claim with my bank and reporting them to the police. I signed off with the one swear-word to rule them all. Not my proudest moment, but understandable, given the circumstances, I feel.
Would you believe it, I got a call on my mobile phone within 5 minutes, I kid you not. Some "manager" from Javahub who had the audacity to accuse me of being rude for swearing at a member of his staff and that using that word to a woman is disgusting. Let's face it, he's not wrong and in all honesty, I have to admire his valour for calling me to brand me 'rude' after the experience I've had with his shady company. Sadly, I was in work at the time and could not speak freely, so I had to end the call after agreeing to a refund and order cancellation, but for everyone who is waiting for an order to be delivered and has tried to contact them, it would seem that our emails are being read, and ignored which makes it all the more infuriating.
I hope the irony of him taking the time out of his day to phone me up, and call me rude, after keeping hold of my hard earned cash for a month and keeping me totally in the dark about the whole situation, ignoring my emails and being totally incompetent is not lost here. It's not my problem or anyone else's for that matter, if this abysmal company have taken the money for orders that they can't fulfil but the worst part is that he tried to make me feel like the bad guy for using bad language in an email. Grow up, this is the real world, pal. At this point in time, you're just a band of thieves, nothing more. Utterly unbelievable.
I've yet to receive my refund and will be reporting this company to the police and my bank's fraud team regardless.

Do not order anything from this company. I stupidly ordered a coffee maker and filters from this company on 14/05/21 as their website looks smart and they seem reputable. The items have not shipped yet and I have received no replies to my attempts at contact. I requested that the order be cancelled but as they have not responded I have raised a dispute through my bank to get a refund.
Dreadful
I can't believe this company can still trade. I too have not received my order and there's no sign of a delivery date. I've asked my bank to intervene to get a refund. When I contact the company I only receive their standard supply problem email. I find this difficult to believe. I'm all for supporting a small company but not like this.

Lots of promises, even a text advising that the coffee machine I ordered over a month ago had been shipped then a sudden text saying order has been cancelled and it will take up to 14 days to get my money back. Terrible company, false promises (lies) and now don't know if I'll ever get my money back :(
JAVAHUB must be reported!
Unfortunately, I have found myself in the same exact position as everyone else. They have taken my money (£200), zero sight of ever getting my order, false promises from megan about border delays etc. It has only been 21 days since my order but I would be an idiot to expect a different result than what others have reported. After 30 days I will request refund but Im doubtful I will receive anything.
Im now of the opinion that JavaHub must be stopped. Their slick website, T&Cs etc are only going to perpetuate a longer queue of consumer victims. They clearly have no product and never intend to ship anything.
I have reported them to the BBC Watchdog programme in hopes that they will highlight this fraudulent company. I would suggest others follow suit in reporting them to BBC or similar programme. If not to get your own money back but to protect future victims!
Nothing arrived and misleading correspondence
Ordered an espresso machine through this company which never arrived.
Payment was taken but after 2 weeks I had heard nothing. Chased up and told supply issues (understood) but then chased again (and again) and told there were further supply issues.
Company director emailed me saying I would receive an upgraded machine which was in stock. This was marked as shipped a few days later by the company but DPD advised they received no such instructions (misleading).
Chased up again and told that they couldn't complete the order. Now waiting for a refund... In a week!
Avoid this company and save yourself a headache!

Ordered a coffee machine on the 6th April. Saw reviews and cancelled today’s later requesting a refund. They accepted this and agreed to refund, however I am still yet to receive the money. Thank goodness I paid for it on my credit card who have stepped in.
Appalling service
I bought a coffee machine which failed within 3 months. JavaHub tried to push me to speak to the makers Beko but eventually after weeks of emails they agreed to refund me the cost of the machine. They said I would get my refund within 10-14 days but it's now 21 days and I'm still waiting. An email reminding them has gone unanswered so unless you enjoy being mucked about with, I suggest you don't buy from JavaHub.
