I ordered some ASICS GEL-NYC
I ordered some ASICS GEL-NYC, and it came the wrong size, and now I been waiting over a month to get my money back.
I ordered them in size 43,5, and they would NOT fit, even tho I usually use size 43, so i had to return them.
Now I returned them, and I am still waiting for a conclusion one month after, and I tried calling their phone numbers but they don’t answer.
Their email support is very confusing, and you when you then figure out what to do, you have to email them twice and still receive no answer…
Order collection in-store
In-store collection experience at Brixton was disappointing, as the staff initially refused to issue the package to the appointed collector, despite them being listed as my nominated collector on the JD Sports online checkout. Presumably, the in-store and online order systems are not integrated that well. When I contacted customer service they responded, but you have to reply to the initial contact form submission to get a response.

Poor Post Sale Customer Service
I bought 2x packs of the same item and had them delivered to my local store. I click and collected the item and returned home where I discovered I had only 1x pack and not two packs.
Its a relatively minor issue and minor inconvenience. Easily resolvable.
Not so for JD Sports. The first customer service advisor accepted the issue and offered a part refund. I accepted but then a different customer advisor said this couldn't be done. They went so far as to accuse me of trying to defrauding JD of £13.50 arguing I had received the package. They seemed unable to understand that I was not disputing this and was merely saying I should have had two of the same item and not one.
I was asked to call customer services and then directed to a store when I called. I attended the store who called customer services and ultimately sent me away.
JD offer some great products at a decent price. It's clear they are only able to do this by cutting back on a competent customer service experience.
I've made peace with the fact I have probably lost my £13.50 as I no longer have the energy to keep engaging with a customer service system that is clearly not fit for purpose and does not really know what it's doing.
Thankfully I paid with a credit card so I'm going to raise a dispute as I have nothing to lose in doing so.

Made an order for tracksuit in 2 pieces and a pair of shoes, the shoes were the important thing. Got the suit but not the shoes. When I look on their website or app the order looks like is delivered in full. I just have the email from the 18 of June saying the shoes are being processed. The order was placed on 12 of June. I would like to share my very negative experience from shopping at JD Sports in Copenhagen. I visited the store yesterday, and I must say that the visit was absolutely frustrating.
Getting into the fitting rooms felt more like entering a heavily guarded fortress. The fitting room doors are opened by an employee who first checks the number of clothes being brought in by the customer. I have nothing against this practice, as I know other stores also use similar policies.
However, I was asked to leave my bag (20x30 cm, containing my wallet, phone, passport, and other important items) outside in the hallway of the fitting room. Of course, I refused. The employee in charge of the fitting rooms suggested that she could take my bag to the cash register, which I also refused. In response to my refusal, I was told I could not enter the fitting room. Fortunately, my husband arrived shortly after and took care of my bag.
In the end, I had a conversation with the manager, who explained to me that this is the company's policy. I left the store feeling very dissatisfied, not purchasing anything, even though the clothes fit well.
This was my last visit to this store, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Why should my personal belongings be scattered all over the store? Why should a customer trust the employees when they don't even trust the customer after checking the number of items brought into the fitting room? I believe the store should provide proper deposit lockers with codes if they don't trust their customers and treat them as potential thieves.
This kind of treatment of customers is unfair and, in my opinion, goes against the law. Does the store take responsibility for potentially stolen items from my bag if I had left it in the fitting room hallway?
Once again, I strongly advise against visiting this store.

Scam. It seems to be a Danish shop, but the quality of the brands and the service appear to be below European standards. The shoes looked like they came straight from a Chinese production line. I sent them back because they were too small. I saw that the package was received by JD Sports, but I haven’t heard anything about the refund.

Worst experience ever. I made a purchase online and 10 minutes later I received an email saying that my order was canceled. Never will buy again in this site. They will play some days with my money before refunding.

This is the third time i buy thing
This is the third time i buy things ad jd. I buy the items , And later i get a email about jd dont have the things i paod for.
So i buy 3 things. Together. Then 2 of the item they dont have. So i recieve 1 item. When i paid for 3. The money i got back. But the point is. They sell things they do not have in the store. So you waste time here, and have work to do buy returning 1 item because 2 other items fit together. It cost me money and time.. and this is third and last time.

Click and cannot collect
Selected click and collect for an order made online, received an email to say it was ready to collect. A couple of days later went to the Walthamstow store to collect my order, only to be told they don't have it. What an absolute waste of my time, why email customers if the item hasn't been delivered to the store? If only I had checked Trustpilot, I would have saved myself the hassle, and to top it all off, a couple of couldnt care less female staff members.

Det er næsten 1 måned og hørte ingen skide på min ordre, And yesterday I was at the JD store in the middle of the city, I asked for help but there was this young Danish woman speaking Danish to me and said she couldn't help, but their was this muslim girl who speak fluently english on side of her and offer me help and wrote the things what I needed to provide, she called someone on phone and give me answer after that my order was cancelled longtime, which is pisses me, I didn't even get any refund or email🤬never gonna buy in this website again! But thanks to the lady who helped me I forgot to asked her name, she helped me and I got refund after 24 hrs. thro.Paypal🙂
