Quality work

I ordered the couples jar. They did a beautiful job. Im very pleased with the workmanship. The packaging was also very good, so nothing bad happened in shipping. Got it intime for valentines day.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE JOYMEMENTO. . I ordered a bible of all things from this company for over 100 dollars. I order a complete product not one that comes in pieces. The bible came separate from the tabs which took another week to get and they were the wrong tabs. It's been over 1 month in a half dealing with this company. I do not want to do busy with this company. I want my money back. This company is a rip-off

Scam with a capital S

I just wanted to throw my hat in with the terrible reviews ! Scam company . So much so I made a report to the Federal Trade Commission. Hopefully someone in the US DOJ takes notice and stops the insanity . Never do business with them .

Absolutely shocking company I ordered…

Absolutely shocking company I ordered an item from them on the 6th of November and it arrived at the beginning of December completely wrong. I informed the company that my order was wrong and what I paid for was not what I received. I was told on the 26th of November that I would get a replacement and this never happened I had to raise a dispute with them for which I was ignored so I had to take it to the bank. This company lied to my bank and told them that I had received my order failing to mention that the order was incorrect so my Bank reversed the dispute into Joy maid’s favour and I’m still out of pocket at the end of January. I have numerous times tried to contact this company and never get a reply and nearly 3 months on. I am still out of pocket. Please avoid at all costs.

What a piece of junk company......

Worst company

If I could give this company NO stars I would. I only wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I ordered early Dec nothing arrived by midd Dec so I asked to cancel. They said it was to late, the goods didn't arrive until after Christmas. Substandard goods . I ordered 2 personalised Christmas tree decorations. For £28.00 probably with £2.00. I put a complaint in to the bank to collect the money.....with ALOT of emails back and forth they said they would give 50%refund if I cancelled with the bank. This was done a week ago & still no money returned. Do not buy from this company.
