Juntoo-Wavre, a pleasure to be helped there.

Very pleasant and skilled staff (Juntoo Wavre) who took all the time and effort (I am not francophone) to explain me in detail the options and possibilities I had with the furniture I was interested in.
The price/quality ratio is excellent, but the current sales period also helped to make it very interesting to finalize the purchase.

Excellent service

The quality of furniture we received is excellent and beautiful. The service in store was also incredibly helpful. We had to adjust our order and delay pick up, to which the store agreed to keep our furniture in the warehouse when it arrived. The only constructive feedback I'd add is to keep stocks of cushions or make them easier to order. The cushions we just ordered will need 11 weeks to deliver. I think generally people expect shorter delivery times for accessories and decor. In our case, we matched the cushions to our previously bought furniture so we could handle waiting.

Unauthorized service execution and refusal of refund by Juntoo Belgium

After more than a year of trying to resolve a simple issue with Juntoo Belgium, I feel compelled to share my experience publicly.

In 2024, I purchased a sofa from Juntoo that included a €200 assembly service. Before the delivery, I clearly and repeatedly requested — in writing — to cancel this service and be refunded. Despite my written notice and the delivery company being informed, the assembly was carried out against my wishes.

Since then, I have followed every official step: contacting Juntoo’s customer service, escalating the case to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service, and even pursuing the matter before the Justice de Paix (small claims court). Yet, to this day, Juntoo has not acknowledged or resolved the issue.

I’m sharing this not out of anger, but out of principle — because consumers deserve respect, transparency, and fair treatment. I sincerely hope Juntoo Belgium will take responsibility and close this matter fairly.

Merci pour votre avis. Il est bien sûr important que vous receviez le service que vous avez choisi.

Cependant, nous notons que vous avez passé votre commande le 24/11 et programmé une livraison pour le 29/11.

L'email demandant l'annulation du service a été envoyé le 26/11.

La commande étant remise au transporteur au moins 3 jours ouvrés à l'avance, la commande ne pourra plus être modifiée dans ce cas, sauf si elle était annulée & refaite. Cela signifierait qu’une nouvelle date de livraison devrait être convenue immédiatement.

Afin d'éviter cela et de garantir que vous recevrez votre livraison à la date convenue, notre responsable de showroom vous a communiqué que vous pouviez demander au fournisseur de ne pas procéder à l'installation, afin que nous puissions ensuite procéder à un remboursement.

Les pilotes nous informent que vous avez signalé que cela ne devrait pas être installé une fois l'installation terminée. Dans ce cas, le service complet a été réalisé.

Le matériel d’emballage a également été emporté. Pour cette raison, nous ne pouvons pas fournir de remboursement/remboursement pour ce service.

Pour des questions et instructions urgentes, nous sommes également toujours disponibles par téléphone.

Au nom de Juntoo et en mon nom propre, je vous souhaite beaucoup de plaisir avec votre bel achat.

Bedankt voor je beoordeling. Het is uiteraard belangrijk dat je de service ontvangt waarvoor je hebt gekozen.

We stellen echter vast dat je jouw bestelling hebt geplaatst op 24/11 & de levering hebt ingepland op 29/11.

De mail met de vraag om af te zien van de service werd verstuurd op 26/11.

Aangezien de opdracht naar de transporteur minstens 3 werkdagen op voorhand wordt doorgegeven, kon het order in dit geval niet meer worden gewijzigd, tenzij het geannuleerd werd & opnieuw zou worden opgemaakt. Dit zou betekenen dat er ook meteen een nieuwe leverdatum moest worden afgesproken.

Om dit te verhinderen & ervoor te zorgen dat je jouw levering zou ontvangen op de afgesproken datum heeft onze showroomverantwoordelijke gecommuniceerd dat je tegen de leverancier mocht zeggen dat de montage niet moest worden uitgevoerd, zodat we nadien een terugbetaling konden uitvoeren.

De chauffeurs melden ons dat je gemeld hebt dat dit niet gemonteerd moest worden, zodra de montage was afgerond. De volledige service werd in dit geval dus toch uitgevoerd.

Het verpakkingsmateriaal werd ook meegenomen. Hierdoor kunnen we geen restitutie / terugbetaling voorzien van deze service.

Voor dringende vragen en instructies, zijn we ook steeds telefonisch bereikbaar.

Namens Juntoo en mezelf wens ik je veel plezier toe met je mooie aankoop.
