I tried to exchange one kadonation on their website, after selecting on what to spend and confirming, order is still waiting since several days. I already contacted customer service, but not much more than automatic replies ....

Poorly optimized and inconsistent website. Take more than 10 minutes to receive a confirmation email after registering. The localization is poorly done in the forms and menus. CSS problems and forms that don't load. It's not a very professional job.
