Terrible service
After many texts emails and phone calls I took my car there after a 3 week reservation. I was told parts would be ordered or available and the estimate was 1-2 days and I could pay to get a rental car. When I arrived no parts were ordered, nothing in the texts and emails and pictures was taken into account and they estimated a week or two before it would be there.
There was also no information given about the details of the warranty and they voided a 7 year warranty.
The staff was smug and couldn’t care less about the great efforts it took to even get the car there.
A total waste of time and money and a staff that is only out for money.
Don’t go here no matter what!

Overall great experience
Kia Ceed Plug in Hybrid
Pros:
Good cars on decent prices with nice features. Nice Interiors that gives a decent feel and not just plastic all over like in Toyota. Good specs, mileage, space and overall driving experience. Good experience with Kia Uggerhoj Aalborg too.
Cons:
Non-availability of different models, colours etc. Also, it will be great if we can customize Individual features while leasing the car like the map navigation with front camera, driver assist features etc. instead of getting a very high priced option that bundles many things together.

My first Kia, that is the EV6. Very satisfied with the Dealership and the information when it was possible, and of the course the car! Kia were very helpful and professional.
