I have ordered a Tefal Classic2 riskoker 1,8 l. The mentioned delivery time was 1-3 working days. However it is delayed. I have sent many emails/contact forms, but i didn't get any replies yet! Could have been good reviews if they had replied to me to update the status of my order.

I returned an item on 19th of February and still I have not received my refund of the item.
Just wondering how long does it take to process a refund. Never I would recommend your company to anyone. I guess you should have proper phone number where customers can contact you.
