A year ago, I bought a fantastic machine, a GST 18v-LI S jigsaw, for €354.00, including shipping to Italy. I was very happy with it, and the machine is truly well-made. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped working, probably due to an electronic problem with the circuit board. I sent Lefeld several emails, but ultimately they ignored my problem. They even told me they didn't speak Italian. At this point, I'm left with a broken machine, and the company won't even contact me to find a solution. I certainly didn't want a replacement, but I would have paid a fair price to fix the problem. Therefore, I do not recommend this distributor due to the lack of communication and after-sales problem-solving. What a shame.
