Fast, nothing missing, no obvious package

We placed an order in September.
Legal Pyro sent it to the wrong home address. They sent several emails and the order was for approximately €220.
They said they would resend it, but I haven't heard anything from them since. I'll never order from them again.

Shopped there many times and it always was a fast and complete delivery!

Good for the prices and best Qualiti i ever seen

I ordered from them 2 times. The first time I had ordered the old FP3 from them with 1.8 grams and they were fine. But today my 2 order arrived the HONEY BADGER with 6 grams and they were even quieter than the FP3 although the firecrackers have 4.2 grams more than the others. I am not at peace I want my money back or another against performance.

The review I left was 4 stars only because they only had bank transfer and it slowed down the process a bit. Since today I received an email to review my last order, and I also placed a new order today and saw that they now have card payment, I’m already leaving my updated review here ;) 5* The delivery time is normal like anywhere else, the packing time is not slow, support replies on time and helps with solutions for any problem, great prices and product variety, and now with card payment this is the number 1 store.

Very good shop, The prices are very good, the delivery cost is also good and the stuff they got is also very good, sadly many products are out of stock but they still had great stuff an my delivery came very fast.

Very good page, I will buy them again and a good price for the people of Spain. It doesn't take long, 4 days plus 2 of the transfer. I made 2 orders. The second one arrived halfway. The other thing I was missing arrived 4 days later, but one product was missing, some sticks. I hope to have a solution.

On the date 12.05.2025 i paid 1086.30€ and since then i only got an answer on the 15th saying they would ship it and they never did. From that day they ignored all my emails and never replied or said anything else. I ordered many times from this shop but never big orders like this. This is the first time they do this and now i lost 1086€. Im now filling a complaint on the online ODR platform.

Not professional at all. Ordered an item on a Monday 9am. Paid on the same day after 10 minutes of ordering. After one week of recieving the payment they still didnt ship it. I asked for a refund and they didnt comply with it. The shipment will arrive extremelly late and i will have no use for the items i purchased. Not professional, NEVER ORDER from them unless you can wait for a whole month.

The F3 category rockets arrived broken in half, with no warning or instructions on how to use them. Their defense is that the website states—in very small print—that the rockets would be "shortened." Just say you're going to break them in half—literally broken to the point where there's no way to reassemble them.

There were no warnings or instructions on how to use these "shortened" rockets. The first ones ended up misfiring straight into the street and exploded right next to us. These are F3 category rockets...

They refuse to issue an immediate refund. They said they'll only refund the ones we didn't use after I send them back—which I'd be willing to do if the customer service hadn't been extremely rude. It honestly feels like the company is run by one person. And if I do go through the trouble of sending them back, I doubt I’ll be reimbursed for the ones that launched into the street full of people or the delivery and return shipping costs either. Or reimbursed at all for that matter after reading other reviews.

The whole experience has been super unprofessional. The representative was sarcastic, didn’t even apologize, and continues to ignore my messages, even though I’ve been extremely polite throughout the situation.

I used the rocket expecting it to work safely, but it launched sideways into the street instead of upwards. In response to my review, the company publicly called me a “money grabber,” despite my polite and reasonable emails. This kind of unprofessional behavior is disappointing. Instead of addressing a clear safety issue, they chose to shift blame and discredit a customer.

It is good and real i have order 3 times from there. It is legit and it have very good products. Buy now

I've ordered fireworks in the beginning of December. Never got a parcel and they don't answer although I've written already 2-3 messages. Money is gone. It's simply a scam.

Good prices, a great variety of products, 5 stars in that regard. The delivery time isn't the best (or rather, the preparation time—bank transfer always takes 2-3 days, then another week to pack the order), and only then is it shipped, in a normal season. The support is okay, it wasn’t too slow, which is important. Since they don’t use DPD for delivery, this will be my main store. I just wish they offered card payment to save 3 days of waiting.

My second Order all went well. A little Longer thank usual (10 days) but it was in December so I think it’s okay! Got everything I ordered and will order again in the future
