I supplied every bit of information on a purchase I made and they said they can not get a copy of the purchase receipt from there accounts department as it is in a different apartment. Now we cant exchange the faulty item we purchased from them.

Hello, I placed an order (25267L43702) because there was a promotion. I was attracted by the opportunity to buy products at a discount. I paid for the order, and all the products were in stock at the time.
Part of my order was canceled because the items were no longer available when the order was supposed to be picked up at the store. Customer support did not offer any solution to the problem on their side. After many questions from me, customer support suggested that I reorder the items — but now without the discount.
After I expressed my concerns about losing the discount through no fault of my own, I was told to write a letter and request the possibility of reordering the items with the discount, but I would have to wait for a reply, and it is uncertain what the answer will be.
This problem did not occur due to my fault. Why doesn’t the store take the initiative to offer me some kind of compromise solution that considers both the customer’s interests and the store’s interests? I don’t feel that the customer’s interests are important to the store. This situation is very unpleasant for me and causes me a lot of extra trouble. I am very disappointed.

Don’t buy windows here.
I purchased Velux skylights from the store in Asissi. The sales staff in the department was terrible at communicating and left me in a difficult position. Refusing to reply to important questions or emails requiring I had to drive 45 minutes to the store and wait to speak to somebody to answer a simple question when they could’ve just responded by phone or WhatsApp. The independent installer named Andrea was the only one who was professional. If it was not for him, the whole installation would’ve been a disaster. If you are interested in windows or doors, I suggest you go to the manufacturer directly. Do not purchase these things through leroy merlin.

Highly unrecommended, they take your personal data from abusers and criminal sources; and then refuse to delete your data when requested.
I do not recommend them.

And I was so infuriated with their refusal to help, that I now seek to ensure others do not end up in my situation finding their personal details including email addresses being held by this company - to quote - "Le ricordiamo che i suoi dati personali potranno ancora essere usati per tutte le altre finalità previste dall'informativa privacy fornita e, pertanto, potrebbe continuare a ricevere ulteriori comunicazioni diverse dalla newsletter."
This means - they will continue to spam me, they will continue to hold my private data - when I had NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM - I did not give them my email address or personal details, I gave them nothing .... and I certainly did not give them any permission, approval, consent. I told them this, I asked them to remove all my data from their systems - and THEY REFUSED TO instead insisting they will continue to spam me.
PART THREE
As noted above I HAVE CONTACTED YOU and YOU HAVE REPLIED and YOU HAVE DECLINED TO DELETE DATA. I did all this from the email account you have victimised.

Terrible service. I ordered an item on August 11th, it came damaged and missing parts. After endless back-and-forth, they promised a replacement, but I still haven’t received it. Their courier, BRT, lies about attempted deliveries. I’m left chasing both the seller and the delivery company, which is not my job. Completely unreliable and extremely frustrating.

I bought on their marketplace (Cosy Homes, MercatoXL, VidaXL or whatever), it appeared that these products are cheap Chinese rubbish, so I wanted to return the products and get my money back.
This is impossible and Leroy Merlin is not helping its clients, it just says "bad luck". I expected better of an international shop like this and learned my lesson. My lawyer will take over.
Yes, Leroy Merlin, passed my messages on to the subcontractors (Cosy Homes, MercatoXL), but it is IMPOSSIBLE to answer to their messages - answering leads to a 404-error page (!) and Leroy Merlin itself only communicates by NO-REPLY mails.
All in all: Very client unfriendly.

I would give a rating of 0 if there was as I am completely dissatisfied with Leroy Merlin’s service. We ordered aircons on 5 jul 2025 with HOMY discount which were supposed to be delivered between 28-30 July. There has been no update on the order online and no update regarding the delivery. We haven’t received the aircons as per the order made with Leroy Merlin. Furthermore the customer service has been extremely rude with having no information with reference to when the order will be delivered and also the tone of speaking which is surprising. We have already lost our money, time and energy with reference to this order which is extremely disappointing especially when a store cannot keep promises with reference to the orders which in very unprofessional. Fake advertising and fake promises seems to be a trend of Leroy Merlin. Very bad experience and a waste in terms of everything.

We spent over 200 Euros on a small corrugated metal garden storage shed. It took my husband a week to assemble due to:
- damaged & bent parts
- very basic, non detailed instructions
- very poorly designed product- roof panel was too small!!
- delivery itself was only to bottom of our road- staff couldn’t be bothered to drive up to our house, just few metres further!!
Never buying online- probably also in store- ever again.
Rubbish design & quality of products.

I wanted to order a welding helmet on the website. € 24,99. Check out, and surprise surprise, € 559,00 shipping costs ! That is ridiculous. So i went to WhatsApp costumer service and all she said was, product is not from leroy but other sneller, so contact them. I said, no it is your website and your website calculates shipping costs. But no....that was all she said, so i ordered at amazon....

I bought two AC units on the 21st of June. They told me they were in stock and they would call me on the next Monday to fix a date for the installation, of course they never called. When I finally managed to talk to somebody, they told me they were infact NOT in stock, they don't have them at all and cannot estimate when they will.
It's absolutely unacceptable and the customer service is a joke.
