When a rental is working the way it was planned and the payments are coming in, why would anyone need an agent. This is rarely the case in my experience. I couldnt have continued to rent out a property without the support of the team at lettingaproperty. Especially without the hard work, determination and support given by Charlotte in accounts, she is brilliant at her job.

When my tenant has been late in payment, my Rent Arrears Officer, Charlotte Clarke worked tirelessly chasing the payments daily. She kept me in the loop of all communications to the tenant thereby relieving me of the burden of having to chase up myself. Would highly recommend her and Letting Property in dealing with your rentals

First-class management and assistance
Charlotte Clarke helped me immeasurably with an extremely difficult tenant (who sent her several foul-mouthed messages refusing to cooperate) and finally persuaded him to move out in good time following eviction.
Having previously endured difficulties with a previous tenant, but with a “human” letting agency who did nothing to oblige, Charlotte has shown how an online agency can be the model of assistance and first-class management.

The moment this company went public it's services went down the hill. Their systems are not capable to calculate part-month rent (resulting in incorrect rent being collected from tenants), property info on their website interface is outdated thus incorrect. When you ask them to correct something their agents turn out to be incapable to understand basic rental maths and principles.
They are very good at sending you invoices. You need something more than just them collecting a rent, you can be assured to receive an invoice from them.
They were ok 5-7 years ago, but once they went public, and their management has changed their only priority is maximising profit.
I am looking to switch to another, preferably, privately owned agency.
