It’s not some sort of the store, where there are some shady brands. No, the quality of their toys was proven. Lego, Barbie, all famous names were out there. One thing that they couldn’t perform well was delivery. I don’t know where they ordered the items, but I waited more than a week to get my parcel. They were saved by the quality and normal for this pricing. Still, should work on smth

There is an excellent return system here. So if the product delivered by company turned out to be defective. Then after notifying customer support a new product will be shipped and defective one does't need to be returned. I know this from my own experience

It was a great opportunity for me to buy a lot of toys for the holidays.
Everything is fair here and you get what you pay for.
I ordered some toys.
Quality of goods I ordered pretty good, and price is nice. everything honestly described!
After I placed my order and paid for it, I noticed that I forgotten something. It was a small toy and of course I could order it again for less than 10 euros. But I wanted to save on shipping and sent an email to Lobbes.
They also helped me add product to the already formed order.
All items were delivered on time and match the images.
Staff friendly and always knows the answer or solution. Back office staff respond quickly and appropriately

I had never heard of Lobbes but I was searching online for a certain toy and my search led me to the website.
I was so pleased with the selection of educational toys and I found and that the website was very easy to navigate. I found the toy I was looking for plus I bought several others. The delivery arrived very quickly and without any problems.
I’ve recommended Lobbes to the other new mothers I know and I will certainly return for future purchases!
