I ordered they took my money Dec 2021 didn't get order and have fobbed me off ever since do not deal with this company.

No product received from March 9th 2022. Countless emails sent and tried web chat which did not work. Fraudulent company that I have reported.

Do not order from this company. Scam! Emailed to say order was running late when ordered back in May. Then internal strike. Email communication until I asked for my money back. Had to contact bank who issued a refund. Avoid at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's a complete scam. I ordered trainers back in June of this year and despite chasing many times, I never received them. The first couple of emails were replied to giving excuses of "unexpected challenges" and the offer of a discount code on further orders, which is a good job I didn't use or they would have scammed me out of more money!

I ordered a bath mat £39.99 it seems like I've been fleeced by the unscrupulous bunch of crooks is there not a code of practice that governs companies like this after all there is honour amongst thief's how does any one get there goods or indeed their money back after all it does say 100% satisfaction or money back, 5 months ago I ordered my goods and nothing you are a bunch of *!#%÷

Was thinking of buying a high capacity hard drive but found a youtube review calling them a scam site (Youtube channel: Computer Clan) Is this a legitimate site?

i bought trainers from this company 3wks ago. they sent tracking but was not valid asked to cancel order was told it was too late already dispatched. trainers arrive 3 days later they were rubbish have been trying to send back every day emailed more than once, in 3 wks i've had 3 emails from anna asking what's wrong phone no not active. i give up it looks like they have stolen £40 off me.

I hope people read the reviews before placing an order. It is a SCAM! Chinese company, you do not receive your goods. Why are they still trading? Disgusting. If one person reads this then hopefully they don't get scammed by these people. Please shut this website down!

I have exactly same experience with this company!
Ordered shoes 6.5 and arrived cheap, flimsy looking shoes size 6!
Sent them back, never got refund....never received any emailed about delivery of the shoes. My £39.99 its gone plus £17 for postage!

Ordered gloves in March, delivery was claimed but never arrived. American express received 'proof' they were delivered so refused to take action and referred me back to londoncomfy who surprise surprise don't respond. Do not buy from this company!

No stars is what this company deserves. I waited weeks for some trainers to arrive and when the did they were cheap looking flimsy trainers, and, although the description said wide fit I could barely get them on and they were rough inside. I sent them back in May and, as of today, 8 August, I am still waiting for a refund. This Anna keeps saying that they haven’t been received, but I sent them back via Royal Mail track and trace with signature and the trainers have reached their destination in China. She told me the tracking number was wrong even though I have sent her proof e-mails of the receipt. The company needs to brought to book and shut down!!!

I bought a pair of shoes and never received this company did take any action.

I purchased 2 x laptop cases via Applepay back in May and I STILL haven’t received my goods. After several excuses on late delivery and the offer of discount codes, the emails from ‘Anna’ have stopped, the telephone number is a fake and and there is no way of getting a refund!
I thought I was quite savvy purchasing online - this account claims to be London based but they are in CHINA!!

Completely bogus company. I have been trying to chase my order for two months now. Paid £79.99 for two pairs of trainers. Nothing arrived and just keep being sent discount code for next order. Facebook should investigate and give people back their money!

This company is a scam Anna Recolin should be put behind bars, she can put her face to customer service only answer a couple of emails but then conveniently disappears. The average loss of money spears to be £39.99 how many of us have lost this amount and how are these scammers spending our hard earned cash?

Disgraceful company. I ordered work trainers back in March. I still have no trainers. I normally read reviews but this is a lesson learned. I dont understand why this company is still allowed to trade. They should be shut down. The laws need to change so nobody else gets scammed out of there hard earned money. So angry.
