Additional shipping fee

I had ordered a lamp to be shipped to an EU country. According to their shipping policy, they ship to this country for free.

After my order, I receive an email from the company that I will have to pay additional shipping costs, as the package is bigger than expected (almost the same price as the lamp itself).

This is not according to EU law.

When I mentioned this, they agreed to send it for free, but that the shipping would take longer than their shipping policy.

Now waiting for my order to be processed and received. Will be hesitant to order from them again.

High Quality, absolutely recommended!👏🏻

The customer service was easy to reach and very friendly and accommodating. The lamp is of very high quality and was extremely easy to install. I’m truly delighted and would order again at any time! Great value for money, Absolutely recommended! 👏🏻

Highly recommended service!

We ordered different lamps on the homepage of Lonzo Design and they were shipped very fast. Everything went good and we are very glad of choosing Lonzo Design. We are looking forward receiving our next order.
