Was sent a wrong screen. 1 mail was enough to have the correct screen send and I could even keep the wronly sent item. We all make mistakes. The true value of a company shows when something goes wrong and the problem is corrected instantly without discussions. The new screen arrived and works fine, resulting in a happy customer for us.
Therefor, eventhough a mistake was made, 5 stars for correctly and quickly resolve it.

Great experience! My screen arrived safely, protected in lots of bubble wrap and worked perfectly upon install. I was retrofitting a laptop that was never offered with this screen so I was pleased to see that the kit even included new double sided tape for mounting. The price and shipping costs were fair. Regular shipping from China took a while, but that is to be expected. If you need it fast (I didn’t), pay for expedited shipping.

The Store have fast delivery, but sent me a screen with much less contrast ratio compared with my original one. I gave the model, and wrote, please send me something equal, or better. And they sent me something worst.

Item never received. No refund given. Excuse after excuse. Order was placed over 2 months ago. I will be forced to file a dispute with PayPal to get refunded. Very poor experience.

Update: Let me reiterate - Excuse after excuse by LPscreen. Strike ended in November. ALL OTHER MAIL/SHIPMENTS RECEIVED WITH NO DELAY.

Unhelpful customer care.

Ordered a specific screen, was sent something completely different even though the exact screen is still listed as available on the website till date.

Contacted customer care and they kept telling the screen I was sent was an upgraded one.

How about you send me the exact item I ordered?

I will not buy from these people again.

I purchased a specific screen that was listed on the website. What was delivered was a slightly different screen that didn't fit my original frame. I requested the proper screen to be sent but they refused and insisted it should work. I don't work on should, I work on exact.I am a PC repairer for over 20 years and am not impressed by their cavalier attitude to parts supply.
Reply-If I purchase a part number on the website I expect to get THAT part, not something similar. The screen works, that is not the problem, the issue is it doesn't FIT.

Great screens, though pricing could be a little cheaper.

Purchased a new screen for a broken Dell laptop, had an issue which was quickly fixed in a effective and efficient manner.

I ordered a replacement laptop screen through lpscreen.com. Ricky@customer service was very prompt and professional and helped me in getting the correct display to match my laptop. Everything worked well for a short time and then the screen faded and display was all gibberish. After sending video to Ricky, he arranged for a replacement since it was under warranty. A short time after fixing the replacement, this screen also malfunctioned and is basically unusable. When i contacted Ricky/lpscreen again, no response this time!

Ricky WAS very good support pre- and post- purchase. But cannot reach him now!

Quality of Products from lpscreen are questionable. Maybe they ship B-grade/lower quality items only!! Quite disappointed in the end! Got myself to write this after a while!

Missing parts, a screen is ok, but there is no touch board. I tried to connect with the company, but not working the system. Very bad services.

It's true that they didn't have the exact one I needed in stock, but they still maintained a high standard of service and provided me with a wealth of useful information. They sent a screen with dead pixels, backlight bleeding, and a red hue all over the edges of the screen, and instead of owning to their mistake, they tried to blame it on user error. Avoid, seriously, don't make the same mistake as i did.

I would love to put 0 stars but it's not possible. They are to be avoided. They sent a non working screen and they didn't even care. They said they tested it before. They are so rude and the client service is null. The warranty of 3 months is fake.
