Mariell was great with explaining why I only received I one bottle of medicine. If I had one complaint it's that each time I have initiated a call I have not been able to get through to a human. Eventually somebody calls me but I would like to be able to call and have somebody answer.

LumiMeds is fraudulent

"WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LUMIMEDS! They failed to process my transfer from Skinny Rx despite providing proof of prescription. I sent UPS proof and screenshots, but they claimed my name wasn't on the prescription (which was false). They kept dragging out the process, never prescribed medication, and then tried to charge me $100. I was told no charge would be made until prescription was issued. Their +1 (702) 356-5398 is disconnected. I will be contacting my credit card to dispute this matter . LumiMeds is fraudulent and untrustworthy. Avoid them at all costs.
