Last update: I got a refund after a couple of weeks. Giving one more star for the solution.
The order didn't came after 3 days as they said before buying. The type of delivery they use doesn't require sign on the delivery, now the post service says is delivered in the mailbox, which is not true and Mademoiselle Culotte is not taking any responsibility or helping. They're also taking really good time answering my mails (if we can say so). Almost 100€ expended for nothing.
