We’ve served over 10,000 satisfied customers worldwide, yet Trustpilot only reflects the 1–2% who usually write when they’re unhappy. Trustpilot isn’t an independent review platform — it’s a paid system that rewards those who pay. Here’s what they charge: 🔸 Free plan (€0/month) → 50 review invites, 1 widget, no customization. 🔸 Plus plan (€169/month) → 200 invites, 8 widgets, limited customization. 🔸 Premium plan (€329/month) → 500 invites, 18 widgets, ability to highlight only positive reviews. 🔸 Advanced plan (€539/month) → 5,000 invites, 20 widgets, API integration, “market insights,” and boosted visibility. In short — the more you pay, the better you look. Companies with “perfect” 5-star ratings are usually those on Premium or Advanced plans, not the ones that stay independent and honest. We don’t pay Trustpilot and we don’t authorize them to represent our brand. Our genuine feedback is visible through Instagram, our website, and direct customer emails, where real people share real experiences every day. And if you still have doubts? Pay with PayPal. You’re fully protected — you can open a dispute and get your money back if something isn’t right. You don’t need Trustpilot to feel safe — just transparent brands and secure payment methods. Trustpilot doesn’t build trust — it sells it.

⭐ 1 STAR — DO NOT SHOP HERE

I had a terrible experience with this company. I returned my order exactly as instructed, the package was delivered and received, and I never got my refund.

They keep delaying, ignoring messages, and giving excuses instead of returning my money. Once they have your payment, good luck getting it back. This is not normal customer service — this feels dishonest and misleading.

I’ve wasted so much time chasing MY OWN MONEY. No refund, no real support, no accountability.

Based on my experience, I strongly warn people not to shop here unless you’re ready to risk losing your money. If you return something, don’t expect a refund.

Hello,
we’re sorry to read your review, but we believe there may be a misunderstanding.

We have asked you several times for additional information (such as your order number or full name) so we can identify your order and check the refund status, but unfortunately we have not received a reply.

Without these details, we’re unable to locate your purchase in our system or assist you properly.

We never ignore refund requests — once a return is correctly received and verified, refunds are processed according to our policy.

Asking me to Remove TrustPilot Review

UPDATE: After my TrustPilot review from last week, they've suddenly awoken and sent a clearly AI-generated email asking for my "replacement size" ONCE AGAIN. Mind you, they've known my replacement size for WEEKS, over MULTIPLE EMAILS. They would also like for me to REMOVE my TrustPilot review and have EXPLICITLY asked I do so. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS. AVOID (!)

NOTE: The above, too, is documented and evidenced. I've lost enough money and time over failed returns to engage with this band of liars.

FYI They tried flagging my reviews and were overruled by TrustPilot. Just wish there was a way to escalate action against them. PITIFUL

PLEASE READ MY OTHER REVIEW for full background and context around a SHOCKINGLY POOR experience (!)

We have already addressed your previous review and we will clarify this again.

You received your order correctly and requested an exchange. Some delays occurred in communication, and we apologized for that. However, this does not justify repeated accusations or multiple negative reviews suggesting dishonest behavior.

Marini is a legitimate business. We ship thousands of orders and assist customers every day. We do not scam anyone.

You are free to share your opinion, but repeatedly posting reviews to attack the brand is not a fair or constructive way to resolve the situation.

If you still wish to proceed with the exchange, we remain available to help.

Suits no Fit & Poor After-Sales Support (mauvaise SAV)

I purchased a blazer and pants from Marini, but the fit was consistently poor. None of the items suited my body shape, and it seemed that no size would have worked.

I contacted Marini about this issue on January 10. I received a reply from a representative named Anna, who explained that a refund was not possible because the items were on sale, but that I could exchange them for other models. I then selected other pants and a sweater of equivalent value, expecting the exchange process to proceed smoothly.

However, after that, I received no further response, despite sending several follow-up emails over the following days. The lack of communication and clarity has been very frustrating.

While the products themselves may be of reasonable quality, the after-sales service was extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this brand.

FR :

We experienced production issues with the specific item ordered, which unfortunately caused delays and ultimately led to it being out of stock.

What we honestly don’t understand is this: this is not your first order with us. You have ordered before, received your items, and everything went smoothly — yet at that time you didn’t feel the need to leave a positive review. Now, on the second order, you choose to leave a negative one for an issue that was clearly explained and related to production, not a lack of intent to ship.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

This order was a complete disappointment. The items arrived late and, to make matters worse, the sizes were completely incorrect, making them unusable. This is clearly a mistake on the seller’s side.

When I tried to contact them for an exchange to the correct sizes, the seller initially responded and agreed to an exchange but they demand that I pay both the return shipping and the re-shipping fees, even though the error was entirely on their side.

This demand is unacceptable and unreasonable. When I clearly stated that I would not shoulder these costs because the mistake was not mine, they stopped responding to my emails.

This shows a lack of accountability and poor after-sales support. Customers should not be forced to pay extra to correct a seller’s own mistakes, nor should they be ignored when raising a valid concern.

I do not recommend Marini Clothing. Delayed delivery, incorrect item sizes, unfair policies, and no follow-up communication make this a very frustrating experience.

SCAM 100%

Hello! This is a complete scam. I ordered pants, but provided the correct address. They were sent to the wrong address, after which the delivery service informed me that delivery was impossible because the address couldn't be found. Support is silent. Don't fall for it!
Update: Everything written above is completely untrue. I received a response to my question from support once. My two subsequent questions were simply ignored. The website also listed my exact address, but the sender wrote 5 instead of 18. Why? That's a good question.

Yes, absolutely — you caught us.
Together with DHL, we carefully planned this international master scam just to steal your €60.
We created a full DHL tracking number, shipped a real package, waited for the courier to attempt delivery… and when you weren’t home, boom, the perfect crime. Then we split the profits with DHL and retired.

Jokes aside:
The tracking clearly shows that delivery was attempted and no one was available at the address provided. When a delivery fails, the package is held or returned by the carrier — this is entirely managed by DHL, not us.

Our support has replied to all your messages with the same explanation and the available options. Calling this a “scam” because a courier couldn’t complete delivery when no one was present is simply incorrect.

If you’d like the package reshipped once DHL allows it, we’re here.
If not, accusations won’t change how shipping logistics work.

Initially they were very helpful but as soon as I said that the jacket didn't fit and would like an exchange, I have not heard a word since. I must have written over six times and nothing. Never buying here again

My experience with Marini was highly disappointing. First, it took over a month for my order to arrive. When I requested a refund, I was falsely told that their Terms of Use prevented them from returning my money. It was only after I cited EU consumer law and mentioned legal action that they agreed to a refund and even then, they only returned 75% of the total. The support is dishonest and tries to bypass consumer rights. I strongly advise against shopping here.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Regarding pricing, for the prices shown on our website, it’s not reasonable to expect Made in Italy production. This is clearly reflected in our product positioning, and we are fully transparent about this.

Concerning returns, we would also like to clarify that we offer multiple return locations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, and Italy, depending on the customer’s location.

As for return shipping costs, just like most clothing retailers — including large international brands — return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I have never written an online review before about a purchase online, not happy or unhappy. Since I usually don’t care that much or haven’t been treated that badly. In this case I felt the need to say something. Ordered a pair of pants over 6 weeks ago. Nothing has arrived, they have said absolutely nothing, they refuse to respond to emails and they refuse to give me my money back. This is a scam and I will be taking legal measures to deal with this.
Simply don’t do the mistake and buy from this company that either are a scam or simply they are just incredibly incompetent people who have no idea how to run a business or take care of customers. Either way they deserve to run out of business.

Buying pants on Amazon that use our photos does not mean you are buying the same product.
We invite you to purchase them and compare — you will see that they are not the same trousers.

For a single pair of pants, we do not charge $40, only the shipping costs.
It therefore seems unusual that you were asked for $40.

Trustpilot isn’t truly independent: it’s a paid platform where visibility depends on how much a company pays.

Here’s what they charge:
🔸 Free plan (€0 / per month) → only 50 review invites.
🔸 Plus (€189 / per month) → 200 invites, 8 widgets, basic customization.
🔸 Premium (€369 / per month) → 500 invites, 18 widgets, ability to highlight positive reviews.
🔸 Advanced (€599 / per month) → 5,000 invites, API access, “market insights,” and boosted visibility.

That means companies with “perfect” 5-star profiles are usually on paid plans — not independent ones.
We don’t pay Trustpilot, and we don’t authorize them to represent our brand.
Our genuine feedback lives on Instagram, our website, and through direct customer emails.

If you ever have doubts, just pay with PayPal — you’re fully protected and can open a dispute anytime.
If you don’t trust us, pay with PayPal: you’re protected and guaranteed a refund if scammed.

And by the way — have you noticed that big brands like ZARA, Massimo Dutti, or UNIQLO have around 1.5 stars on Trustpilot? Are they scammers too? Of course not — they just don’t care about paying Trustpilot.

Not too Great, wouldn't really recommend

Initially I purchased 2 pairs of trousers from Marini, they unfortunately did not fit, so I send an e-mail requesting a refund. The customer service employee was very friendly and helpful, but they told me that a refund wasn't possible because the items I bought were part of a sale. Even though I knew this isn't allowed based on EU-regulations I gave them the benefit of the doubt and send the pants back in return for some other items. After waiting 2 more weeks for international shipping I just received the two pieces of 'knitwear' I ordered. They look okay but don't really fit very well. The sizing is also off from the chart on their website. The material looks okay but is just plastic essentially, I only noticed it said so on the website, I would have never purchased anything from them if I knew this before, so this is my mistake for nog looking far enough. The clothing to me feels just very cheap and synthetic, the label inside is only in Chinese which suggest that they just dropship their clothing from some Chinese shop. So price- quality ratio is off quite far as far as I'm concerned.
So to conclude, customer service is quite alright but the quality of the clothing itself is not far from anything you'd expect from you standard Chinese low-cost online marketplaces or ultra-fast fashion retailers. I would not recommend them if you are looking for some high quality fashion pieces.

We would like to clarify a few points.

We operate with two warehouses: one in Italy and one in China. Manufacturing in Asia does not automatically mean low quality.
Before stating that you “bought plastic”, it’s important to note that one of the trousers you purchased is made of 50% wool.

For the price paid, the quality offered is more than fair. We openly invite you to find better trousers at the same price level — if you do, please let us know.

We know our products very well and we work daily with fabrics, suppliers and brands. We can confidently say that, in terms of quality–price ratio, it is very difficult to find better alternatives.

If you expect luxury materials at this price point, that is simply unrealistic. Of course, everyone is free to dream — but we remain transparent about what we sell and at what price.

These have quickly become one of my.

These have quickly become one of my favorite pairs of pants.I’ve worn them twice already and received compliments each time. The material feels amazing, and the stitching details are top-notch. The only downside is that they run a bit snug, so I’d recommend sizing up. Other than that, they’re a great buy.
