I keep sending documents through but nobody is receiving it apparently
I am trying to get further in the process with my loan as an Expat. I speak Dutch and English but very few people are able to help me. Sometimes, if they hear you are English, they just put the phone down. I am trying to learn german but it does not happen overnight. More and More expats that speak English are in Germany every day and I think companies need to make way for the future. The other thing is that my emails sent from a gmail account does not seem to reach anybody....they have asked for documents, which I sent through to ALL THE EMAILS i halve for the company, but nobody is receiving it. I don't know if they have a spam filter or what is going on but they keep on asking for the same things. the emails does not bounce back though. This is extremely frustrating! I wish someone could just get back to me and try and look into their spam mail for a second.....

we are very sorry that you are so dissatisfied with us. We broker loans exclusively in Germany and our employees come from many different countries. Of course, they all speak German and most of them also speak at least one other foreign language. And if this is not the case, there is always someone who can take over. Your last phone call lasted almost two minutes with a member of staff who does speak English. We therefore cannot understand your accusation and
we would have been happy to arrange the loan you wanted.

False Advertising
They don't provide loans. They are snake oil Insurance salesmen promising to secure you a loan, but having no legal obligation to do so, leaving you trapped with 1300 euros of insurance that YOU DO NOT NEED for the next 3 years. Do not recommend. Don't waste your time, its better to get a Credit card like gebuhrenfrei or TK or both and max them out for your needs if they're below 5000 euros.

Scammers, stay away!
They say that bank has already confirmed a loan and therefore ask for sending documents including id copy, but just after it is done they keep silence just ignoring kind requests about any update. It seems like they collect ids for data base or something else (loans for somebody else?). Scammers, be careful, stay away!

This company is cheating anyone who will just enquire about the credit from here. They will unlawfully pass your information to a insurance company and make your contract with them and you will end up paying for a insurance you never took. Please stay away from this company.
