well i registered for an account last week and till today , i've gotten no feedback i think thats bad on account registration and review

great costumer service via whatsapp! solved my problem within minutes - super fast, super friendly! Very happy with my experience :)

An awful, absolutely unprofessional service. Loss of time, nerves and efforts. I tried to open an individual account and filled in the application. In so doing, I was told that I would be contacted shortly, but I did not hear anything from them for five days. After a reminder from my side I received a request for additional documentation, which I provided the same day. And? -- silence again for a week or so. I sent them a reminder again -- and they replied to me that my documentation was, allegedly, outdated -- and requested exactly the same documents! When I indicated them of this inconsistency, they apologised and returned the application, with a note, to the main broker for repeated consideration -- and have just disappeared afterwards. They do not respond by any means, be it emails (I tried several and only got confirmation receipts from the robot) or Facebook. A month has passed -- no reply, nothing.

Best experience I’ve had, and also with low fees.

The platform itself is good and works well. Being able to see the options chain is also a plus compared to other platforms. Support took very very long to resolve an issue (missing welcome bonus), but in the end it got resolved.

On 4 October I opened an account with Mexem and send my ID etc. But received no confirmation. Oct 16th I sent an email to ask the status...... No reply.....

I love the app and the design and the functionality and also being able to make a limit order with an amount of money and not with just with the number of shares like the majority of brokers I tried. Also they have everything options, bonds, stocks, futures every financial thing! and also many types of orders, the fees are one of the lowest among brokers maybe not the lowest but I still love it.

EDIT: it gives me some vibes of a videogames I used to play Call of duty black ops! ITS SO COOL

Incredible company with very helpful workers 10/10

Very dedicated, attentive service, listening and trying to solve, even complex issues.

I tried to transfer my actions to Mexem. After 4 weeks I asked what the status was. They hadden't received anything from my old broker. When verifying there claim with my old broker, Mexem had to admit that they where backed up internally. So they lied the first time.
After 7 weeks of waiting I asked again for a status update. This time my old broker had supposedly 'declined the transfer' and they asked me to restart the process from scratch!
So how come I'm only made aware of this upon my question for a status update?
How come that the second time their process is different than the first? Probably they made a mistake the first time and don't want to admit it.
My old broker also confirmed they haven't received any reactions till this day on there multiple mails for transfer arrangements to be made.
This while they charge more, are slower and have a worse customer support than other fintech brokers.
I canceled the transfer, emptied my account and said goodbye!

Is oké broker. But I think the costs are 2 high.... as a daytrader at least...

Best for me in Europe. one word reliable... put your money in it, you know it is still there... fast, good prices, good help, for me so far the only real thing i came across... keep up the good work thanks !

Al 4 jaar klant, ondertussen ook mijn dochter toegevoegd gehad sinds 2 jaar en onlangs mijn zoon. Interactive brokers is top, de Mexem tarieven zijn zeer competitief en de helpdesk via Whatsapp is heel goed. Excellente service

In two and a half months, they still haven't paid the promised €150 referral bonus! Even after the additional two weeks they claimed would resolve the issue, nothing happened. Following up with more questions received no response. I've already given up on it and even sent them a thank-you note to express my resignation. So, this is clearly a partially reliable system at best.
I don't think this approach will help attract more clients in the long term. They should promise a smaller amount that they are willing to pay.

I hope I can eventually access my money when I attempt to withdraw my balance. I'm afraid it might have been a mistake to transfer so much money there. For example, I even hope I can withdraw the remaining euros to Revolut (as the base currency is another one), as amounts under 2.5 euros can't be converted. Even such small amounts matter to the average European nowadays.
It is evident from others' comments and my experience that the support team may, at some point, completely stop responding.
