Great experience with møbler1
Shopping at møbler1 was a really positive experience. Delivery was impressively fast, and having free delivery straight to my apartment was a huge plus. The customer service hotline was friendly and helpful; they answered all my questions without any issues, which made everything feel easy and well supported.
The sofa arrived perfectly packaged and in excellent condition—exactly what I hoped for. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and will definitely order from them again.

The product(U sofa) quality was not up…
The product(U sofa) quality was not up to the level that i expected. It is very hard the cusions and the overall material. But, the furniture is strong which is good. The main thing i like is that the customer service team, they are helpful for my queries eventhough they were ready to take the product back with full refund, I was chosen to use the product.

Helpful customer service
I ordered a sofa from Møbler1, but when it arrived, some parts were not the color I expected. I contacted customer service and they replied very fast. They found the problem and ordered the correct parts for me.
Even if there was a mistake, they were helpful and polite the whole time. I also got a small refund because of the trouble.
