We purchased a canopy for our baby’s crib from Mon Lit Cabane, which was described on the website as being beige. However, the product we received does not match the description at all: the colour is not beige, but clearly pink.

Given that this is a clear mistake on the brand’s side, we requested an exchange for the white canopy, not a return. We contacted customer service by phone and were informed that, in this situation, the return shipping costs would be covered by the brand, since:
i) the colour does not match the product description; and
ii) we were requesting an exchange, not a refund.

However, after contacting the brand by email to formally initiate the exchange process, we repeatedly received responses stating that all shipping costs must be fully covered by us. This represents a return shipping cost of over €20, plus an additional €8 for the new delivery. We are being asked to pay more than €20 despite the error clearly being the brand’s responsibility, as the product description does not correspond to the actual item received.

We find this approach unacceptable. The after-sales service shows a clear lack of respect and understanding towards the customer. The product does not match the images on the website, and the colours are incorrectly described.

We do not recommend purchasing from this brand.
Very disappointing experience.

I did a lot of research, and this brand turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. We chose the 7 in 1 Rectangular Evolving Cradle – Natural, and it arrived exactly as shown in the pictures—the color, the materials, everything matched perfectly.

The purchasing experience was great. I ordered online and was kept updated throughout the entire delivery process via email and my online account, where I could easily follow each step. The crib arrived in just 10 days, even during a busy holiday period (Black Friday / Christmas / New Year), which was faster than we expected.

The product arrived in perfect condition, the delivery went smoothly, and the assembly was very easy. We are now enjoying it while we wait for our little one to arrive.

We would highly recommend this brand and the 7 in 1 Rectangular Evolving Cradle – Natural to other families. We absolutely love the eco-friendly, simple, and stylish design, as well as its multifunctionality and evolving features. Both the overall experience and the product itself deserve a 10 out of 10.

Absolutely horrible treatment from the company, and the bed is of very bad quality and so underwhelming in every single sense. Late and complicated delivery... Horrible!

I had a wonderful experience with Mon Lit Cabane. Their website is beautifully designed, very user-friendly, and clearly created by people who truly care about what they do. Ordering was easy, communication was excellent, and delivery was as promised.

The bed arrived in perfect condition, was easy to assemble, smells lovely of pine, and is extremely sturdy and high quality. My daughter loves it, and it’s exactly what we wanted. The bed bumper is also fantastic — very soft cotton, great quality, and a perfect fit.

We will definitely be buying from Mon Lit Cabane again. Highly recommended.

I ordered a house bed on 04.11.2025, with delivery promised latest by 10 December 2025, as I will be traveling on 12 December. After two delivery attempts, during which I waited two days, I only received two packages today, while one package is still stuck with DPD (heavy package). I am out of time and extremely disappointed with this missing delivery. Now I see my package shipped back to France without any explanation. It is impossible to reach to customer service.I will provide an update here once there is a resolution.

I have bought and assembled the Lit Cabine DWT.

The bed is very nice, but the screws shipped with it are very poor quality. The hex head hole is slightly larger than the provided hex key, the material of the head is soft, and attaching the side rails requires quite a lot of force.
The hex key slipped when tightening one of the screws resulting in the socket rounding off and it was impossible to continue with the screw. I removed it with some difficulty with the hope that a spare screw was included.

Unfortunately there are no spare screws included, these are hard to source locally, and attempts to request after sales service to send a replacement (at my expense) so far have not been fruitful.

I initially received a boiler plate response asking me to send an order number and photo of the manual with the screw and part number highlighted. When I responded to this mail, I received in reply an emailed copy of the manual with the body of the email in Spanish. Again I responded with the information of the screw I require and an offer to pay for the screw and postage costs, if they can please send it to me.

So far I would rate the aftersales service quite poor. After spending €570 on a bed, I would have expected they could post me one screw relatively easily. Instead this has become a tiring back-and-forth between me and aftersales service where they seem to be avoiding at all costs sending an part (at my expense) which probably costs them less than 5c.

Lovely products and amazing quality! The bed is just as I expected, exactly the same as on the website. My daughter is super happy with her first bed!!

Just awful! Our order is well overdue for delivery with no tracking number available and yet you simply can not contact the business. Their phone number doesn't work. Their contact is form on their site crashes every time I submit a request. Infuriating to deal with!

We received the changing table a month after ordering it which we think is quite long as not mentioned upon purchase. When it came, the wrong pieces were in the box unfortunately. The customer service responded very quickly to our request which we were please with however it took weeks again before we received the correct pieces. We are happy with the table, just took lots of time.

The company,i feel, delivered the order Asap. We ordered on thursday and we got it on tuesday : France to Ireland. I mean...the quality of the material and my room now smels beautiful from that wood. Beautiful design and kiddos loved the bed.

I’m an interior designer and ordered four beds for a client in London, across two properties. The designs met the brief perfectly: they matched the online description, assembled well and looked good. Unfortunately, the customer service and logistics were the worst I’ve experienced in my career.

Customer service responses took over 24 hours and when they did arrive, all previous correspondence seemed to be forgotten the following day. Messages appeared to come from a representative called 'Harris', though with no continuity or memory of ongoing issues, I doubt it was a real person.

Logistics were even worse. One bed was sent to the UK, then redirected back to France, then to the UK again, and back to France — all without accountability from the company. Blame was placed on the courier with no interest or follow-up from the company. My client has 24 hour security so no deliveries would ever be missed on their part. One component eventually arrived two weeks late, but collection of this unwanted piece was handled with equal disregard. My client’s refund was withheld until the item reached their warehouse, despite the delays being entirely their fault.

An utterly disappointing and frustrating experience.

The delivery was quick and the bed was easy to assemble. Great quality and our son absolutely loves his "house bed". It's also big enough for mom or dad to sleep in bed with him on case of nightmares :)

I've had this bed for over a year now. My son loves it! It was easy to assemble. We ordered the - House Bed DB 90x190. The only issue we have is that we need to glue some connections (according to instructions) as well as use screws and bolts. We are moving soon and wondering if this glue will damage the furniture, as we will have to dismantle it and then reassemble it. We ordered the mattress from Mon Lit. Unfortunately, the mattress is not comfortable.

The packages arrived in perfect condition, the beds were easy to assemble and both kids are thrilled 🤩
