D197KL - Sofa model is "Furious".
First, i received a couch that was 10cm smaller. Apparently their system does not know the right dimensions..
On top of that, the couch is very squeaky and super uncomfortable. I went to the store, and I am sure the filling that I ordered and paid extra for is not the same my sofa actually has.
Finally, their customer service keeps ignoring my emails.
I will go to the store and complain, hopefully I can get some support there or at least I will be able to help some other pity victims.

Update: Montel reached out and send a service agent that came and added more stuffing to the couch and now it looks much better. Very happy with the customer service.
Previous: We received a sofa and in general are very happy with it. But after only a month or so the cushion already deflated and makes the couch look old. When contacting montel they tell us this is how it should be, but when I compare to the model we saw in the store which likely has been sat on more it is still firm. I am surprised that for a premium couch with built in cushion that it would be deflated after a couple months and look how I would expect after multiple years of use. The reply from the company did not make us feel heard. If you look for a premium couch you expect a bit higher attention to customer satisfaction.

I got a couch from Montel with the pitch that it was very high quality and with an extensive warranty. After 3 years of normal use a whole section was sinking so I contacted their customer service. For my surprise, they said that was due to external circumstances (yes, people buy a couch to sit and lay on it) and not covered by the warranty, but they could send someone to fill in the foam for 150 euros, which I found excessive but agreed to. When the technician comes, he says the issue was due to the way that section was built, being too wide and without proper support to protect the springs. He writes a report explaining that the foam filling wouldn’t solve the issue and leaves. When I talk again to Montel they said there’s nothing they can do, but I could check myself if there was a way to add more support below the cushions, and in a gesture of “goodwill” they would waive the 150 euros fee, which normally they would charge even though their technician didn’t fix the problem. It was not my first Montel couch, but certainly it will be the last.

We purchased a U-shaped sofa and a recliner from Montel. The saleswoman in Utrecht was very helpful and assisted us in selecting the best fabric options. The delivery came earlier than expected (in less than 7 weeks), and the installation was smooth. I hope the quality is as premium as expected. I highly recommend Montel.

I had a review before how unsatisfied we were afer just few months after delivery our sofa colapsed. Then we waitied for almost month to get sofa collected and around 10 day more to get it "repaierd".
Today "repaierd" sofa came in and instead fixing manufacturing frame defect with new frame parts i got sofa back with extra leg supporting place with defect. Yes you heard it well, some extra leg totaly randomly placed on a new sofa. This is not what i paid for, you dont fix products by randomly putting extra legs when somethig break. I want original product as i saw it and tested it in salon.

Pilling sofas for high prices & worst customer service ever. I bought a sofa from Montel, it had a pilling problem from the beginning. Customer service is not even sending a technician to investigate it. I cleaned it multiple times with a trimmer and still occurs.

We have received our furniture 3 days ago. After 3 months waiting, the furniture arrived with damage. The fabric was torn on one of the arms. The delivery company made a report to Montel to fix it. They called us the next day and told us that they will replace only the torn arm and it will arrive at warehouse next month!
Also, the lounge seat is not balanced and it it has a steep slope toward the back cushion. We paid 2300 euros for it and now I am very disappointed. I hate the crooked / sagged seat of lounge, i hate looking at it and I cried all the night in the regret of buying from such company.
I dont know what to do. Just wanted to tell people please do not buy from Montel. Dont make my mistake
After comment: I sent them all the photos of our crooked and sagged cushion and they replied that it is NORMAL! Of course, they do not accept that problem to avoid bearing cost! But this is far away from respecting customers. The cushion is obviously sagged at the back when it was delivered and that much sagging was beyond normal!!!
So please be aware that sagged cushion seat is NORMAL of Montel furniture when you want to order!
I will update about the torn arm again, when I see their action! They could not deny that torn part as it was captured in delivery report.
Last update: They changed the torn arm of the sofa but they did nothing for the sagged cushion! Just tried to justify that with different excuses, like it is made in this way to make it more comfortable for you!!!!
I can understand, because it costs if they admit it! Instead, we were given some pressed foam to put it under the sagged cushion to make it balanced. It did not help though as it was really bad. You can judge the story yourself! I am done with this.

Thanks to Montel customer service for taking a quick action and solving the delivery issue. We now received our sofa and we are happy with it.

Our experience was positive in the store. Sales team helped us find the perfect sofa for our needs. However, after waiting more than 2 months, just 3 days before the expected delivery date, I received an email that it will be delayed by 2 more weeks. We planned everything according to delivery date, sold our old sofas, and we are expecting guests next week. With such short notice, we can't find any solution. They didn't provide any temporary solution like a replacement or compensation for the period of delay. Really disappointed.
