It didn't work and they are playing with "sales"
Nothing about the product has changed in my skin after 90 days of use. The jars are all half full, and I get emails every day with offers where the original suggested retail price is constantly being calculated differently, making it seem like there's a sale.

For this reason, we consider the review to be unfounded. We would also like to point out that we do not use, nor do we have, marketing practices like the ones described. We appreciate all opinions, but we believe it is fair that reviews come from genuine customers who have actually tried our products.
Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service. I placed an order that never came. No tracking, no delivery. I sent several emails with 0 response. I was charged for items. Never was able to get a reply.

Our customer service always replies to emails, and in your specific case we have documented proof that every message you sent received a response. We are in possession of all screenshots and conversation records, which clearly demonstrate this.
Regarding your order, we would like to clarify that it was fully refunded. The cancellation did not occur due to any failure on our part, but because the order did not comply with our website’s sales policies and was placed incorrectly. This was also clearly explained to you via email.
We are always available to review any situation in a transparent and professional manner; however, we believe that before posting such serious accusations, it is essential to verify the facts.
