Wrongly declared value of goods…

The wrongly declared value of goods shipped (22 USD instead of 189 USD) stopped the package in customs. I had to talk to customs and DHL approx. 20 times to get my package. It took more than two weeks instead of the promised 3-5 days. Slow and poor support did not help and did not offer any compensation. Btw. the package was damaged due to poor protection...

Worst cotton paper ever

Bought a sketchbook with cotton watercolor paper. It is unusable and I have never experienced worse paper; it is blotchy, dries unevenly, colors get muddy and dull, etc. Apparently it has no/bad sizing which is just unimaginable for paper this expensive. Thought of reusing the cover with other a5 sketchbooks but Mossery thought about that and made the cover non-standard so none of normal a5 fit. Now am stuck with a sketchbook and a refill of insanely expensive paper that can only be used for gouache (but why would I spend money on cotton then) but not ink or watercolor.

My conclusion is that no one in mossery even thought about testing this paper with watercolor. This is crazy.

By the way, they are using judge me for reviews and are not publishing many of the reviews which would explain the high score. My review was never published and they never replied to me on social media.
