Even MORE months have passed and this company is still refusing to refund the order that has been PAID FOR since Summer of 2024, my friend in France even managed to speak to Luc AGAIN on the phone (which is extremely hard to do) and AGAIN he made the stupid remark that "is my payment card still active" like its my fault they cant refund the money. Yes, the card is still active until OCTOBER 2026! So again, they are intently operating on stolen money with no intention to fulfil orders and no intention to refund money. This company is operating criminally!
A note for others who read this, if you have been scammed by this company I have set up a public group page on Facebook. Please search "People who have been scammed by Musique Shop France" and look for the group page. Please share your experiences & if we can get enough people together maybe we should look into combining forces for a large lawsuit action against them. This company needs to be CLOSED DOWN & the owners prosecuted for fraud. lets do it!
I had one of the worst shopping…
I had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life with this store.
I ordered an instrument earlier this year, paid in full, and never received the item. I contacted the shop multiple times over several months -email, phone, everything and I was consistently ignored.
They took my money and provided absolutely nothing in return.
No shipping, no updates, no refund, no explanation.
At this point, this feels completely unacceptable and highly questionable business practice. I am still waiting for my money, and the lack of communication is shocking.
I strongly advise others to be extremely careful. Based on my experience, this shop does not deliver products and does not honor refunds.
I would give zero stars if I could.

Avoid as the plague
Avoid as the plague. It feels to me that they are scamming me. I ordered a travel case for my keyboard, which the website said was in stock. Of course it wasn't, but that can happen sometimes.
After waiting weeks, i sent them an email asking for an update. No reply... Couple weeks later I asked again. No reply... I ordered the item somewhere else and asked them to cancel the order. No reply... It's been almost a year and they still haven't replied. Didn't get my money back either of course... I'm guessing they are just stonewalling, hoping you'll give up at some point.
Mark and avoid
Mark and avoid. I ordered an item that said to be "in stock", yet nothing has happened in months. It seems that they are selling non-existent items, as it seems to "in stock" all the time. Despite multiple attempts to contact the shop, I have not received any response. I might end requesting a refund from the credit card company.

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with
This is the worst company I've ever had experiences with on any level... Made an order in november 2024 and after not having received my order I contacted them over the course of a few months and only received replies 5% of the times. Unhelpful replies at that.. After 6 months I was fed up and wanted to cancel the order (I'd already been very patient!) and it took another 2 months for them to finally reply, confirming the order was cancelled, but now I've been waiting on my money for more than 2 months already. I think I won't every see my €500,- back. Absolute criminals. I understand companies can go through rough waters, but this level of terrible, disgustingly bad communication is something to be very ashamed of!!
We ordered a left handed guitar
We ordered a left handed guitar, which arrived 5 weeks after our order was placed. They advised perhaps 3 months, so my husband is very happy. The guitar arrived very well packed and with an absolutely brilliant black well-padded case. THANK YOU. I would have given 5 stars but the company communication was very basic and we could not be sure we had chosen a good company, alas we are very happy with our purchase.
Money gone and no item
I bought an item on the 22nd of may 2025. I received the confirmation by email and I would soon receive the tracking number of my order.
Unfortunately nothing happened. When I wrote Musiqueshop about this matter I did not receive any answer. When I tried calling them, I only got an answering machine.
Musique shop accepted my money, but did not take responsibility and send me the item I payed for. I think that is called stealing. Please be warned!!

Musique looked after my order very professionally. Transport from France to uk was done efficiently and Musique kept me informed all the way.

Dreadful company that is if they actually exist, duly paid for a Mackie line array as you do and waited for a positive response from Musique-Shop, two days later I messaged them and then received a reply that my order would be checked by an advisor in order to put it preparation. Had to message again on the 10th as to where my order was. I was informed that as far as they could see my order should be on its way. I did message again as there was no sign of my order, I was then informed that
after the bank holiday they would find out what has happened and immediately get back to me, which obviously never happened, messaged again and informed the company to cancel my order and return my payment plus the money they had taken from my account without consulting me for exchanging pounds to euros, also informed them I would be involving my bank. No reply, nothing. Sorry for the length of this review but I did ask my bank to carry out a charge back and finally got the thumbs up from them on the 13th of June. Don’t use this company they tried to fraudulently keep my hard earned money YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I ordered an amplifier from musique-shop.fr on March 2nd for €841. I received an order confirmation, but after that, absolutely no communication. I opened a support ticket, waited 7 days as instructed, and eventually got a vague response asking for more information. I replied immediately, but again had to wait another full week just to be told the item would be “delivered soon.”
I asked for a refund, which they said they would issue — but instead of refunding me, they closed my support ticket and stopped responding entirely.
Since then, they have deleted my customer account and blocked my email address, so I can no longer even log in or contact them through their site.
When I checked Trustpilot (unfortunately too late), I found they have a rating of 2.1 with many similar stories — people not receiving products, not getting refunds, and being completely ignored.
This is not just bad customer service — this is clear evidence of fraudulent behavior. I have reported this to the police and urge anyone else affected to do the same. The more people come forward, the more likely action will be taken.
Please do not order from this site. If you already have, contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to request a refund and report the fraud

Thank you for your reply. However, I must clarify the following:
• I did not request the deletion of my account or blocking of my email address. These actions occurred immediately after I requested a refund, which strongly suggests they were done intentionally — not due to a technical error.
• I have already provided my order number multiple times via your ticket system, with no resolution. If your systems are unable to track this, that raises serious concerns about how you manage customer data and refunds.
• You stated a refund was agreed to, yet no refund has been issued, and all communication was abruptly ended on your side. I had to open a new support ticket just to ask about the refund — and still received no response.
Due to the seriousness of this matter, I have reported this incident to the police and my bank, and will be pursuing a refund through other means. I also urge others experiencing similar issues to report this to their authorities, as this is not an isolated case.
I am still open to resolving this properly, but you must:
1. Restore access to my account and email.
2. Confirm in writing the immediate processing of my refund.
3. Provide a timeline for when the funds will be returned.
Please take this seriously and respond accordingly.

Weder Anrufe noch E-Mails oder Support-Tickets werden beantwortet – letztere werden sogar kommentarlos gelöscht. Was bleibt einem da übrig? Die Community warnen und hoffen, dass sich aus Solidarität niemand mehr von diesem Anbieter täuschen lässt! Über 1000 negative Bewertungen mit nur einem Stern sind kein Zufall, sondern ein eindeutiger Beweis dafür, dass es sich um ein Geschäft mit fragwürdigen Praktiken handelt, bei dem viele Menschen betrogen wurden.

Horrible company
Horrible company. Ordered guitar pickups on 16th may. Item showed instock. Never been dispatched. Opened support ticket but after numerous attempts still no response. Have to wait 30 days to start a chargeback with my bank. Hopefully I will get my money back. I don't know if they are even an actual shop or just scammers. Avoid at all costs.
