Do not order from this place!!! I placed an order on December 24, 2025. It was delivered to a different state approximately 10 days later. I have been emailing daily saying that it was delivered to the wrong address and to please resend. It took them weeks to finally see that it was delivered to the wrong address. Not it is January 31, 2026. I still do not have my replacement order. It still hasn't been shipped. Terrible customer service. Lack of response time. No sense of urgency. Will NEVER order from them again!!!!!!

I ordered a pair of sneakers for €100 and received cheap, unbranded shoes that are poorly glued and of terrible quality. This is clearly a scam. Be careful before buying from this website!

SCAM. Never got my order neither the money back

Order never arrived but they have a fake tracking system that says it did.....at 5 am!! I don't think so!! They can't tell me what company delivered it, just says 'other'.

Where do I start?
The clothes were absolutely awful. It was nothing like what was advertised in the photos. One top looked like it was pressed at a school workshop! I was horrified and upset to see the clothes in such poor condition and quality. DO NOT USE this site!!!!

I've found very little although from the limited reviews I have found they appear to be from the USA and not the UK as their site suggests, so be very careful before you buy anything.

I never received the dress i ordered. It was delivered to another state, not my address. They have refused me a replacement or refund with picture proof it was delivered wrong.

BEWARE - BIG SCAM- I bought 5 outfits ( 2025-02-01 14:47:24 Order ID: ZQL69118) for close to $200 CAD and they never arrived. Their support team says it was delivered - we are supposed to sign for the delivery - however, the support team is unable to provide any documentation on who signed for the package. They just keep saying it is delivered, check with your neighbours.

Took money and ended up using card details to take money our for membership i wasn't aware off

Looking to buy something specific and this site came up with a good price.
Seemed too good to be true and a bit of checking showed it was.
Street address in Manchester does not exist. Pretty much all products on site listed at £49.99 with £94.01 savings.
They even list a sofa for £49.99 with free worldwide shipping!
Total scam- avoid

I bought a mini pizza oven from this website for £50.00 and when I asked them when are they going to deliver it out they asked me that it was a membership money and they told me that I had to pay again I am a single mother with 4 children and i am struggling with cost of living and top of that this website is a huge fraud and NEVER EVER ADD CARD DETAILS TO THIS WEBSITE “BE AWARE OF THIS SCAM” THEY SCAMMED OVER 100 PEOPLE.

Dodgy. Order went through for a stool so I approved the payment notification as it was for the right amount at the right time. No order confirmation instead I am signed up for some weird subscription to a website I have never visited in my life!! Contacted my credit card and cancelled all future payments but I technically approved the payment so I think the initial spend is lost to improper checking before attempting purchase. Clearly a scam though do not use.

SCAM COMPANY!!! delivered wrong product and their support email leads to a nonexistent website!!!

like everybody else who already put z review didn’t get the goods but they sent me a pair of fake earrings instead. Have to send that back to get my money back and will take some time. Luckily I paid with paypal so filing there

Ordered for over 200 euros, and was sent a plastic ring instead of the ordered products.
I have found the company behind it and reported it to the local police.
In addition to that, you should storm the complaint unit to get their website shut down.
