Best exchange in North America, no other exchanges compares

They have been holding my withdrawal process for over 3 days, and there's no answer to my support emails. My SOL was worth $330; now it's worth $305 while they hold my withdrawal process. Unbelievable!

Used to be a solid exchange. Last two times I've made simple transfers that should take two minutes, the first went on for 2 weeks and now I'm over 24 hours into being told this one is in "manual review because I made changes to my account" which i didn't. They used to follow up with customer service within 4 hours now nothing for days on end. Crypto is challenging enough without nonsense like this. No idea what these people are doing anymore.

Today I had a scam email with the exact same logo and background as ndax, saying I tried to withdraw from my account and to call a number with a code, and they need verification … beware this is a scam, I contacted ndax through the app instantly and they investigated immediately and secured my account, and assured me all is good. I love this company and how they take care of their customers. Thanks ndax

Dec 2025 I sent over $1130.00 Canadian to Ndax in USDT format by mistake, instead of USDC. The NDax support team helped me recover all of my funds to my USDC account. Where I was then able to withdraw it to my Canadian Bank Account. I had thought all my funds were lost, because the screw up was my fault. I would have given a 5-star rating except for the phone-bot system.
Every time I call, the answer-bot says wait time will be “less than 10 minutes”. Then about 3 or so minutes later it comes back on line, tells me my wait time will be longer than 10 minutes; someone will call me back and it hangs up.
It’s programmed to do that every time and it’s frustrating.
You should change that system. It makes Ndax look bad.

I could buy criptocurrency and it was not complicated. It was secure means to deposit and it was safe. My bank questioned whether this was safe. If it was me trying to send money to my wallet. There was no reason to doubt. It was safe.

If you are new to crypto it can be a daunting world... don't mess around with your money on other Canadian platforms as I have had all my info hacked with no apologies... a scary scenario... go to NDAX forget the rest... what do you get... a fair deal... great, fast service and a safe environment for your online tokens... been with them for several years and they have never let me down...

I had lost my iPhone date, including my NDAX application. After dowloadind the app it was difficult accessing my account because I no longer had a 2 factor id app. After patient communications with the help staff I was able to recover and accessing my data. I am very gratefull.

They are not open weekends just an FYI but whenever I have ANY issue, they are always quick to get back to me via email. When my withdrawals have gotten stuck for whatever reason, I can just go in and cancel the transaction and try again. Nothing has ever been held for no reason. They are fully compliant with the Canadian Securities

NDAX is a safe crypto exchange. It's registered with FINTRAC (I have verified it) - a Canadian financial regulatory company. That means it's safe to use. They have a great and fast interface that is easy to navigate and understand. The support is great with a fast response time. The deposit and withdrawal interface is elegantly simplified. Overall - very good.
