Slow, but get there eventually,

Update - it took three attempts, but they have agreed to replace the mislaid consignment.

I've bought from them a few times and usually while delivery is extremely slow, products are good. However, my last order was not delivered and despite neither New Nordic (Canada) nor the courier being able to provide proof of delivery, they refuse to do anything (or even apologise). Obviously I shan't buy from them again

Bad experience

I ordered a lamp on the 27th of November 2023, which didn’t arrive until the 1st of February 2024. I did not get any updates on my order unless I made the contact myself. Upon contacting customer service, I was told there was a major delay due to someone had forgotten to load a big order of lamps on the cargo. My order was originally promised by week 52. When I contacted customer service again they told me about the issue and promised a discount. On arrival I can see that they’ve withdrawn the full amount anyways and unpacking the lamp I find it’s broken in half. I would be very careful ordering from this company.

Det er super ærgerligt at din vare har været forsinket og er kommet frem ødelagt. Vi har undrettet dig undervejs vedr. forsinkelse. Straks efter reklamation, svare vi dig og har bedt dig om at sende billededokumentation af den ødelagt vare, så vi kan behandle reklamationen hurtigst muligt. Vi har ikke hørt fra dig endnu. Du skal selvfølgelig ikke betale for en vare der er kommet frem ødelagt, men vi har brug for billededokumentaion fra dig, for at komme videre.

Vi vil gøre opmærksom på, at vi har +30.000 ordre bag os. Desværre ser vi ikke at folk bruger denne platform meget længere og i høj omfang bruger den som "brokke" medie/kanal. Ca. 1% af alle kunder, laver en anmeldelse og vi ser ofte at der kun bruges tid på at lave anmeldelser, hvis man har haft en uheldig oplevelse (Hvilket vi godt kan forstå, men husker du engang imellem også at gøre det modsatte? :) ) og meget sjældent bruger tid på anmeldelser, hvis man har haft en normal/god oplevelse - Måske du selv kender til dette. Det er en super ærgerlig tendens og ødelægger mange mindre/medium store forretninger, da det giver et meget skævt og forvrænget billede af en forretning, når kun 1% kommer retur med en anmeldelse
Vi er ikke fejlfri, det er der ingen der er. Vi gør hvad vi kan for at hjælpe så hurtigt som muligt, når uheldet er ude.

Disappointing delivery experience

I was charged for heavy item delivery (+70 kg) when my order weighed half of that. The courier left the items at the door without ringing or knocking, without permission to do so. The packaging was damaged when we received it. The company was informed about all of this and never replied.

Edit: The company reached out to say they did not receive my email which I find it hard to believe, as I can prove I sent it. They admitted there was an error with the item’s weight and issued a refund for the shipping fee, therefore I am adding one more star to the rating.

NO information provided!

NO information, no update, bad service!!
I Have made a purchase on Dec 5th. Their site informs a delivery time that wasn´t going to be possible, I was informed on Dec 9th. The order was supposed to be received at their deposit by the end of last week but I Have no information at all! No idea of where my order is, I am not able to receive it before Xmas as it is a present. No telephone number, they don't answer emails. SO disappointed. Such a bad service and so respectless that they don´t even keep customers informed.

Mange tak for jeres anmeldelse, vi sætter stor pris på jeres tid.
Vi er dog noget uforstående for jeres anmeldelse og to stjerner.

Vi har været på kontakt på mail hele tiden og vi har svaret på alle jeres mails, samt underrettet vedr. levering. Så at i vi er umulige at få fat på, på mail synes vi ikke er sandt. Vi svarer som regel altid inden for 24-48 timer.

Vores telefon har været lukket i uge 28+29 pga. ferie, hvilket også har stået oplyst på vores hjemmeside. Vi er nu i uge 30 og vi er tilbage ved telefonen og kontoret igen.

Vi er dog lidt i tvivl om, hvilken ordre du referere til
Vi sender alle lagervarer senest dagen (hverdage) efter bestilling. Er der længere leveringstid på end normalt, så informere vi hurtigst muligt på mail eller det står oplyst på produktets side.
Det kan også være fragtfirmaet der kan være lidt længere om at levere end normalt.

Du skal være meget velkommen til at kontakte os på mail, hvis vi skal se nærmere på din ordre. Men vi kan ikke finde dit navn i vores backend, så vi kan ikke se hvilken ordre det vedrøre :)
