Ordered 3 items 12/05/25. 2 items delivered 12/24/25. There has been no follow up on the 3rd item, when I call their #, it hangs up on me. Horrible communication and delivery times.

Poor service

Dec 31 2025 ordered a 3.0 night sight with expedited shipping the scope has not showed up this company will not answer calls nor emails I would not recommend this company to anybody would not be so pissed if customer service would answer the phone or emails

This company is horrible. They lie to you out of hand. Arrogant, deceptive marketing, products are made and shipped from china. took me almost a month to recieve it.

Haven’t heard from nextbait

Haven’t heard from nextbait . Tried contacting them about shipping, no response back . Tried calling the phone number doesn’t even ring. I should have done my research on google and that’s my mistake .
I would like to meet up with the person on YouTube to discuss this scam.

Never buy anything from Nextbait. Scammers

Horrible company completely lack morals. The company policy is to lie, lie some more, and stall until refund time frame has expired. Please buy from someone else. Same product can be found on Amazon with better service and at least the product will arrive. Never have I delt with a company this bad.

My husband paid for the one with all…

My husband paid for the one with all the accessories included... was waiting so patiently for it to arrive. The day came and it didnt have batteries, charger or the sd card. When he called, they apologized and told him he could buy them separately from them. Then when he said something about a refund... they explained he would only get a small portion back due to restocking fees. What happened to companies that held true to the agreements.
