Scam of a company. I did not approve a subscription but was billed and then ignored… here’s how it went down
Received and email saying I’d been charged for a subscription, 21 minutes later I received an email asking me to approve this subscription I contacted customer support who kept me on hold for over 5 minutes before a computer voice said”we can’t help you now” and disconnected the call. All my emails were ignored…
There’s more, but that’s the main complaints.
I am filing a fraud claim with my bank and posting this review on every site I can find.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS FRAUDULENT SCAM OF A COMPANY

We’re truly sorry for the frustration this experience caused and we take concerns like this very seriously. Please rest assured that Noor does not create subscriptions or process charges without a customer’s authorization.

After reviewing your account, it appears your details were enrolled during a prior order, which automatically sets up a subscription unless it is opted out at checkout. To clarify the timeline: we received your cancellation request on February 3, 2026, and an automated confirmation email with a cancellation link was sent immediately. Unfortunately, the subscription was not fully canceled at that time, and the order was fulfilled on February 4, 2026. The subscription was successfully canceled on February 5, 2026 via our Customer Web Portal.

At this point, the order had already shipped and is currently in transit, and we’re unable to stop or modify the shipment. As outlined in our published policy, products purchased with a discount code and recurring subscription payments do not qualify for the 180-Day No-Questions-Asked Satisfaction Guarantee.

That said, in good faith and with the intent to resolve this matter amicably, we will be processing a full refund. Once the order arrives, you may refuse the delivery so it is returned to us.

Help at last!

I am 81 and every time that my hormones have shifted during my lifetime, I lost hair. Fortunately I started with a lot. But last year the entire structure of my hair changed and became like baby fuzz. It shed over my laptop. I could pull out dozens of strands at once. My doctor had no solutions. I found many options on Facebook and took a chance on Noor. Glad I did! The texture has thickened, new hair has grown in the sparse areas, and I no longer see pink scalp. I don't know if others will have the same results, but I am thrilled with mine.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever…

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online company!
I ordered two bottles of vitamins for hair growth and received three plus a bottle of hair serum that I didn’t order. They also put me on a subscription basis that would renew every three months. I was charged $80.85 for things I didn’t order. They just made up my order.
They aren’t responding to my requests for a refund even though I followed their instructions and sent the purchase back. I was actually able to get someone to talk to who told me I needed to call back with the tracking number. I did but was told they hadn’t received the return yet and to call back after a few days.
Every time I call a voice message tells me how sorry they are that my call can’t get through!
Plus I had a bad reaction on my face after the second vitamin! This company is a complete fraud and scam!
I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. So many are going or have gone through the same frustrating run around they I am. It’s been two months!

I would like to speak out on my experience with my Noor products, Super and Love Serums. I was very pleased to find that using these 2 products began showing positive results within a few weeks! It's 3 months later and new growth is extremely positive! I did have an issue with the Wonder Growth Spray due to the heavy oil content, and Jeannie (customer service) was extremely helpful in providing replacement products I prefer for no additional charge, and not requiring the product returns saving the me the shipping costs and inconvenience.

I complained to PayPal and PayPal denied my claim even though Noor provided NO PROOF . Customer service doesn’t read the complaint that I never ordered more than my first order just agreed to cancel future orders and would keep my PayPal money. They would not give me a label to return the product with shipping paid by them for unwanted second shipment on the non existent subscription they assigned to me. I would love to get a class action lawsuit about these deceptive practices. Just because they have my PayPal info doesn’t mean they can help themselves to my money. STAY AWAY

Wish I had looked here first.

Definitely not the way I thought any company would do business. I saw the ad on Facebook, read the comments, amazingly they were all praising the product. I have extensive allergies to nearly all botanicals that seem to be standard additions to all beauty products. Knowing that I must be careful I decided to give the product a trial, reluctantly I ordered a month of product for trial.

The company offers a subscription while you believe you are on your way to checkout. To move beyond that page I had to accept a six month subscription, which I did not think would be sent immediately with the trial that was all I intended to order. In good faith I thought I could cancel the subscription before the end of my trial, provided I could even use the product. Figured it was worth a chance.

I have a short story's worth of emails attempting to cancel the trial order and subsequent subscription, which I didn't realize was required to get the trial in the first place. The trial was $59.90, not a bad thing. The subscription charge however was a surprise at $179.94. Luckily there were funds available to cover the subscription charge, which one would expect would not be billed and sent with the trial. Navigating to the proper website to cancel the subscription was not really difficult. Trying to arrange a refund of these charges within the legal period for doing so (72 hours) proved to be impossible. The 180 day return policy is not really what the company leads one to believe it is. I am certain they only offer a 15% discount so they can deny giving you back any money, which they waste no time in taking from you. Why would a discount negate a refund? Pretty sure they have a record of how much I was charged. When I first requested a refund the reply mentioned the discount as a reason why I could not get a refund. I replied that my allergies might not allow me to even use the product, so I definitely did not expect to receive 7 months worth as a trial. Their next reply offered two options, again due to discount, I could get a 50% refund and keep the product to maybe gift to someone, OR, two free bottles to continue using the product. Neither of these options meet my expectations for a legitimate company in America to be offering as I am more the capable of returning the entire package to them. I simply can not use this product.

Once the product arrived, all seven bottles of serum and two bottles of hair vitamins, I could then look at the ingredients. I find it shocking that dimethicone is the second ingredient as it should not be used on fine hair. It requires a shampoo containing sulfates to remove the build up it creates. I am allergic to sulfates, so this is not going to work for me and will only create further issues with my scalp. The product is also cost prohibitive.

I placed this order late in the day, on the 18th. The withdrawal of funds occurred that same day. When checking my account on the 20th I discovered the subscription charge had also been taken and immediately contacted and requested cancellation. Interesting enough I have an email sent from them on the 20th telling me my order was being packed and prepared on that day.

At this point, even if I could use this product I would not do business with this company. Their response had me wondering if I had been scammed until I came here and read that others had similar issues. I really just want to return the product, intact, as I have no use for any of it and I want my money returned to me, all of it, not half of it.

STAY AWAY!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! After trying to purchase and kept getting a new page that continually kept trying to sell
Me more products, I ended my order. 30 mins later I got an email saying I purchased. I DID NOT. Oh and the customer service email on their website…. Doesn’t work. All the bad reviews are right. I will be pursuing this further with the BBB and my cc company. Completely unacceptable. Who even knows if this company is real at this point.

Rude. Scams. Lies. Thieves.

After the nightmare of trying to cancel my first order months ago, it started again with email notification of order I did not order. I canceled months ago on their website I finally was able to get on. No CS at that time.
Today I did contact customer "service". They lied and said I didn't cancel subscription I never agreed to, to begin with. Groundhogs day. She would not listen and hung up on me after lying about stopping shipment that only a label had been created. I've got a dated snapshot of USPS tracking that says just this.
So now I have to refuse delivery and I have to dispute the charge on my CC.
An EVIL racket that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy. Beware of this company--just look at the similar reviews all over Trust Pilot and elsewhere.

Thanks only to the pressure of TrustPilot a refund has been issued and I am now free of the clutches of corporate overreach. They wanted to get my rather harsh comments removed, but after review, TrustPilot reinstated it. I considered revising my wording since they remedied my situation, but I won't. That's how much of a headache this has been.

My suggestion for Noor: Get honest and quit making excuses for your mistakes. The customer is often right. Your customer service should be easy to contact and they should try to defuse volatile customers instead of being antagonistic. Upgrade your web tech to modern standards. This note is to be helpful, not adversity. Save yourself and customers such needless arguments. Good luck. I'm gone.

Regarding shipping, the order had only reached the label creation stage at the time of your call. No package had been delivered or completed in transit.

They have a 180 day money back garentee, no questions asked claimed on their website. I got my 2 month supply and didn't like the ingredients, so decided to return. Bottles never opened,I have been emailing them over and over, and they always try to find away out of their claim of money back garentee. Definitely questions asked.
First they said I only bought the hair serum. Not even my order, they just threw one in. Then they tried to claim I used a discount code, never did, now repeating themselves about the packaging having to be unopened and unused.
They also have a phone number for
"customer service" there's no one, just tells you to email. Its quite a scam. They do ask a million questions, and doesn't look like there's going to be any money back. STAY AWAY! SCAM!

I made an order but changed mine and…

I made an order but changed mine and sent the email canceling part of the order a few hours later. I received an email that it was canceled.  After a week later the whole order came in. I checked all ingredients on the battle and decided that I don't want them because one might have an allergic reaction to some of them.  They are now saying that discounted items are not refundable. I didn't know I got a discount. There is also no warning that there is nor return  on discounted items. They try to just get your money . When I click on their link when you cannot return it says "Page not found" . I think it is on purpose so you don't get info before ordering.
I wish I could check opinions about this company and product. Do not buy anything from them, it is a scam. Also they do not pick up the phone and from email that they send you info about shipment keep on sending you email address that doesn't work. I am very upset. I finally went for 40 % off the total purchase which it was better than nothing. I will not buy from them again. From now on before I buy a I will search for opinions about the company.

Too expensive for what it does. Customer service is poor.

I used this for about a year. Its pricey and it did start my hair edges to grow back. It must be used consistently and that's where the price comes in.
To use as advised became too expensive. The customer service is poor as well. I received a bottle of the spray oil that had leaked, I reported this and sent a picture of the leakage got no response at all. When I emailed/ called to cx my subscription it took forever to get action.
