How has Nordpass been given so many positive reviews is beyond me as in reality the app is lacking in all areas, especially support! It's clear to me now that Nord actually pay editors to rate their software highly.
As an end user, the app lacked TOTP,ok they have recently introduced this feature, however what took them years in the making, Nord failed to allow customers to export the TOTP codes. This means having to set them up all over again when they leave Nordpass.
They also are absolutely awful at implementing fixes, support is woeful. One agent says a fix is being worked on, another agent says no plans.
Other issues is that when TOTP is required you have to keep unlocking the app in order to access the code. Extremely frustrating and totally unnecessary. This paints the whole experience of Nordpass, trust me there are better providers out there and for not a lot more.
Seriously, don't buy into the editorials and marketing hype. Don't buy Nordpass, or anything else Nord related come to that.

If I could give this useless NordPass a negative "0", I would certainly do so! Wish I could get a 100% refund, but I've kept it past the guarantee date - my bad. It is a terrible app - way too frequent times I have to access the Master password again and again. I use a mac desktop and this password manage is way too buggy using this browser. Chrome is a little better, but still buggy. Apple's password manager is WAY more efficient than the NordPass. 'Nuff said! Too bad I signed up for 2 years of use on NordPass.

When I was switching from Google Drive to Nord Locker, I have downloaded my files within a couple of hours. The Nord Locker was an absolute pain in the ass to work with. Super slow, when I delete a folder, it usually comes back, and stuff like this. So I decided to switch back to Google Drive, but guess what.. I have been downloading on my high-speed computer and internet my files for OVER A MONTH NOW!!!!! I am not able to get to my files, and I am not able to move them from Nord. When I leave my Computer on to download those files, it is frying my RAMs (64GB DDR5 running on 98%). Their support is absolutely clueless, asking me the same questions over and over. This last response from Julian Abarquero is absolutely priceless. This guy thinks that I am downloading 150gb of data for OVER A MONTH, because my computer is slow. xd... DON'T EVER USE NORD

I'm in the final stages of converting from 1Password password manager and Bitwarden authenticator to NordPass on 5 devices (2 Windows laptops, 2 Android phones, and a Samsung tablet. The data migration was simple and flawless. NordPass works incredibly well on all devices!! I had some difficulty installing the authenticator and Windows app so I contacted NordPass support via chat. It was the best support I have ever received. Andrew was very patient guiding me though both issues. His broad technical knowledge was obvious as we worked though my issues on multiple platforms. The end result was my misunderstanding of how the platforms interacted. Andrew provided numerous references for me to use and explained each in the chat. The chat support was as excellent as the product! I highly recommend NordPass for the product itself as well as the support. I was already a NordVPN customer and consolidating most of my online security tools with one vendor is a big plus.

I’ve had nothing but trouble with NordPass. As well as the full Nord account software. It started with the Nord VPN. It wouldn’t work half the time. So I had them remove it and give me a refund. I also had the NordPass App, one day I could not login because I couldn’t remember my master password. It’s not like that’s unusual or not. Passwords are flooding our computing processes today. Anyway, contact Customer Service ask them to simply allow me to reset my master password. They sent me a lengthy code with instructions how to reset my master password, but it never worked. I kept getting an error saying that the password does not exist. The customer service people and I went through this four different times. Their solution was the same thing every time. In the end, I just wasted my money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PASSWORD SOFTWARE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANYTHING NORD PUTS OUT.
As of February 10, I’ve received two feedback messages from the NordPass team… First asking for ticket ID responses from their “Customer support team“. I gave them those tickets showing how their help was worthless.
Now I receive another message thanking me for helping them to try and improve their service. Well, that’s all well in good, but it doesn’t help me for shit!
What you should do, is refund my money, and or, remove the master password needed to login so I can use the damn services!
Now I don’t expect you to do either of the two. So again I’m telling everybody stay clear of NordPass. Unless you just want to give money away to something stupid and useless. There are too many other software programs out there that handle password, VPN and ID protection. Right now I’m not getting any use out of their service and it still cost me.

Nord Support will do absolutely nothing to help you with your MFA and Backup Codes.
Had to reset my MFA and tried to access my account with the Backup Codes that Nord provided me, however, none of them work.
I then contact Nord Support, who ask for the last transaction I had with them. Date, cost, numbers, etc.
I've moved banks and don't have this info anymore, but they don't care and refuse to offer any alternative way to providing my identity.
Nord is a great product, let down by people who refuse to help someone. As a paying customer, my account is now unrecoverable, because Nord issued me faulty Backup Codes and refused to actually provide one ounce of customer service.
Legit keep getting automatic replies saying they won't help me at all. Don't understand how they only have one method of proving an identity....
Classic example of weaponised incompetence. Only too happy to take my money, but refuses to let me use the product that I paid for.
Will take your money, refuse to provide the service and then refuse to refund you...
Guess I just got scammed.
