It must be a joke that i purchase products worth of 800kr and I do not get free shipping. This is ridiculous.

I’m buying with Notino for so many years, and i’m very happy with them. Always fast delivered, the products in good condition and high quality.

Very bad experience with this website. No customer service, product arrived defective, not fully refunded, and only a very long time after receipt.

Was not sure after seeing what some people had said but I can say that I placed my order it arrived within four days well packaged ,am very happy with it 100% genuine as this is a fragrance that I have been wearing for a long time now it was at a good price so i was very happy with the business that i have done and would use them again

Be aware that if using Evri delivery to locker you get less than 72 hrs to collect your item ,

They sell all their products at a low price because they are fake. They are not original products. I have bought several times, different types of products, Prada lotions, La Roche-Posay skincare, Aromatica items, and all of them have been fake. I don't recommend them.

I’ve had the same experience as many other one star reviewers, waited 4 weeks for delivery as I kept getting emails saying it was delayed, checked my account & it said the order had been delivered but I had no delivery nor did I have the usual email from evri to say they had received my order & would be delivering it soon.
I emailed to ask what was going on & was issued a refund. Something not quite right, I won’t be ordering again.

Customer service is poor and refund process is harrowing. Returned the items, R142560859 and R142560861. I received my refund for the first but got a voucher for the later. I contacted CSA for my refund and emailed several times, but no joy. I will not be shopping here again and I do not recommend it.

This is already becoming a joke! Once again for the second time the distribution failed. I haven't left the house, and I just found out that it was delivered. Delivered to who? I'm at home? And I didn't receive anything, this is a robbery this is a scam what the is this? Where is my signature on the supposed delivery? I demand a full refund, that's enough, I'm tired of this shit. Notino is definitely not recommended, not trustworthy, not right! Please refund the amount paid, I have blocked the card for future payments, I will not give you peace of mind until it is reimbursed. Negligence and lack of professionalism! Absolutely,I don't recommend Notino.

Raised it with them and was told oh the codes reset at 2300 (it doesn’t say that on their web site) and I can see you placed the order at 2330 so missed the offer
