Great immediate attention to my issue! After ordering the portable heat brush and receiving confirmation, I realized that the arrival date would be past our date of departure for a three month trip. I emailed the customer representative, Carol, who promptly emailed me back and confirmed that she had already taken care of my cancellation and refunded my money immediately. I was so relieved and will definitely order from this company again!
I Purchased a Jet Speed Hair Dryer from Numoya
I Purchased a Jet Speed Hair Dryer from Numoya recently but unfortunately it had the incorrect plug on it.
However, after contacting Numoya's support team to explain that the Hair Dryer failed to work after changing the plug to a UK plug and it caused the dryer to overheat and cut out.
Erica at the support centre was very understanding and concerned that this had happened, so after sending a photo of the hairdryer she offered me a full refund on return of the damaged Dryer or an Upgrade to a more expensive Dryer for the same amount as I originally paid for the Jet Speed Hairdryer. I thought that this was a fair offer and accepted it. Throughout my conversations with Erica she was very polite, helpful and and did her best to ensure that I was pleased and totally satisfied with the her handling of the problem I had experienced and how it was resolved. I am now looking forward to receiving my new Hair Dryer.

It doesn’t work as advertised at all.This took several weeks to arrive but I was very disappointed with the product. Despite following the instructions it didn’t work as described. It is pretty useless and frustrating to use as it keeps switching itself off! The unexpected!
Erica was very helpful in resolving a problem I had with the brush staying charged. I needed to change to a different charger.
She had multiple suggestions for why it wasn’t fully charging. I appreciated her input rather than simply reminding me to read the directions… which I had already done numerous times. I do suggest the company put Etica’s suggestions in the pamphlet that comes with the brush!
Lastly, the unexpected… Erica gave me a discount and credited it back to my card!! That is great customer service- going beyond what is necessary!

Do not buy this for travelling
Do not buy this for travelling. I had mine confiscated by airport security despite their website saying it is fine for travelling
DO NOT PURCHASE WITH OVERSEAS TRAVEL IN MIND
Purchased to take on overseas travel to Japan.
However after passing through Australian domestic airport and then Australian International with no issues, different story in Japan.
First domestic flight on JAL Airlines, wouldn't let brush fly so had to post from airport to our ski destination.
Anticipating an issue at next airport which was a domestic flight within Japan, I spent 40 min with staff at Peach airline who in the end said brush could not fly.
Only option was to post back to my Australian address.
However, the post service representative straight out said it could not be posted to Australia???
At this stage I simply handed it over to the staff member and said "enjoy"!!
Can someone explain why it couldn't be sent when it clearly came from somewhere to Australia by air. My order didn't take very long to be received to have come by sea.
Very dissapointing in advertising of product.
It should be made with a removable battery.
Oh, I only used it once before trip and not at all on trip so please don't waste your money. Curling or straightening wand work better.

I accidently ordered a second charger on my order form. I immediately emailed Numoya back and heard from Carol. She advised me that she had cancelled the second charger and a credit would be issues in 5-7 days!

Very good customer service
I have been dealing with this company over a few weeks because my parcel went missing. A lady called carol has been helpful and very kind during this worrying period. I’m 81 years old and don’t cope very well with stress. She tried to trace the parcel with no success but always kept me informed and told me not to worry. The company are lucky to have her.

Wrong shipping address
I placed an order on Sunday afternoon using Apple Pay. When I pushed the button to complete the order I noticed that the shipping address was wrong. The address listed was for my granddaughter who lives on Ohio. I live in Pennsylvania. I immediately contacted customer support by email but they are not available on Sunday. Even though there is a message stating that orders are not fulfilled until Monday & I had time to resolve the problem I was a bit panicked so I sent another email asking for the address to be changed & to please send me a confirmation. A very short time later I received my confirmation from Ella P. stating that she had made the change as requested! I really didn’t expect to hear back until sometime Monday but was very happy that this was resolved so quickly & easily. Thanks so much! Kaaren Vance
