If narcissism was a business

If narcissism was a business, it would be them!!! First they choose the victim, they make you trust them, they love bomb you literally! Then they manipulate you and have you agree on things without mentioning CRUCIAL details, then when you realise what has happened, they say it's too late. Not just that, they gaslight you and start convincing you that you knew everything from the beginning. I had a horrible horrible experience at their studio in Montreal despite of course falling in love with my photos and how I left the studio happy and thinking I did something nice for myself. The minute I stepped outside the though, I started panicking and realised the amount of money was crazy (I didn't even know about the interest rate, but I still panicked because 4K was too much, so I emailed them asking to downgrade the contract and just have the digitals, which they emailed me back the next day and said it would cost 2200. After a lot of negotiations, I agreed, but then I found out about A LOT of details that were never mentioned to me at the studio. I tried explaining this to the payment department asking to cancel my contract because of all the things I'd discovered, but she was very strict and rude and rigid and even told me I'm welcome to pay the full amount if I want to avoid interest!) The photographer had me sign a credit application without even mentioning that it was a LOAN with a third party and that I'd end up paying 4k (almost 9K with interest I didn't know about) Canadian dollars for 29 digital photos and a small album of 12 physical photos. They manipulated me real bad and it took me a whole month and a week of stress and anxiety and emails to be
able to cancel their f**"ING contract which said "vents finale" Despite everything I had mentioned to the payment department and how a lot of details were missing including the crazy interest rate, the payment duration and sharing my personal details with a third party, they still insisted on oozing the money out of me and sent me a link to the photos to impose their position. I was unable to leave the house for a week due to anxiety that affected me physically. I have more details to say exactly what happened, but I'll just leave this here. What's made by women is not always for women, sometimes it's to abuse their fragility, sensitivity or story. PINKWASHING at its best. Also, one digital photo costs 200 CAD. I was finally able to cancel after 36 days of stress and anxiety heightened to their max. It was supposed to be something empowering and therapeutic and turned out to be abusive and manipulative. I will never forgive this woman.
