I purchased this as a "phy-gital" (physical + digital) option for my 8 year old...and I play with it more than him! hah! It's one of those experiences that you can simply get lost in.
I've had my magical bouncing music ball for about 3 months now and I'm absolutely in love with it.
I'd like to have a couple more of these for some cool juggling tricks!

Absolutely horrible product. When I first got it, the app was like a first year students first attempt on an app. They promise a ton on their website, but the actual app is lacking in what they promise. Massive connection issues all the time. Not very accurate when trying to make beats. Sound is bad quality. The ball just stopped working after a year. What a waste of money.
Edit: I will not provide my email here publicly, but the order number is 16598. Hoping you will send me a new ball to try out. 100 euros is not small money for such a product.

I was excited to receive my odd ball after being sold on the idea of how easy and fun it would be to use.
When it finally arrived, the experience was disappointing, I'm not a fan of the UI and I found that the ball wasn't always picking up the interactions correctly, not sure if this is how it's supposed to be or if mine was defective.
Even after being underwhelmed, I was still willing to put the effort and get to like this gadget but this was made impossible, as every time I tried to save a loop, the app crashed. Imagine spending time to actually create something you like only for it to be lost in a second. I've tried reinstalling the app, restarting the phone etc nothing changed. It may be worth noting that it's a higher end android phone so I wasn't expecting any hardware or OS limitations.
I've followed the instructions on the website and sent an email to request a refund but it's been more than two weeks and I haven't heard back. At this point I'm not interested in resolving the issues, I just want to return the item because I found the whole experience unpleasant.

I purchased this item as a gift after seeing multiple ads for it - I was under the impression you could create your own music with the ball but that’s not the case at all, you just tap and shake along to a prerecorded playlist. I contacted the company to do a return (within 14 days if not 100% satisfied) it turns out it’s taken 6 different emails in which I’ve asked to return it, each time receiving a reply to try get me to keep the item, eventually they agreed to a return if I send it to the US at my expense and forfeit 10% of the cost because the item is not damaged/defective. So for my £80 item, after postage and 10% I’ll only get £45 back

The first ball I bought was defective and didn't have any life in it. I was gutted! I'd seen these bad reviews and got very worried, but after a few emails Nicolas Lozano, a customer services representative, he resolved the issue and sent out a replacement, free of charge.

I purchased this for my nephew for xmas and unfortunately he said it would not be useful for his music course! So i contacted them within the time frame and paid £18 to send back to Italy! Royal mail attempted to deliver it on the 10th jan there was no one there! I have emailed twice asking them to sort it and absolutely no reply! I wrote the review on 7 Jan. Odbball responded asking for my order reference (#20550 just in case they need it again!). Then I get notification that Oddball say my review is not genuine my review had been removed! What an awful company.
A return ticket for Oddball was created within 14 days of purchase. Despite the ticket being raised immediately, no action has been taken. Three follow-ups have been made without response, and a refund is still outstanding. The product was not fit for purpose and lacked intuitive design.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD NOT WORTH THE 1.
Purchased about 3 weeks ago and not be delivered. Royal Mail tracking it stuck expecting item. Contacted customer service and was told lies that it was on its way and it was coming from abroad and need to wait but rest assured its on its way, If not we will look into replacements being sent (IT WASN'T) Another email sent to customer service saying a entirely different set of reasons sent to me and no mention of replacements being sent out.
Now waiting on Paypal to help me out with getting a refund.
Got this for autistic child for Christmas, they opened few days ago. It doesn’t work at all. Contacted help desk had one email asking for videos and photos of ball, nothing since. £94 wasted. Don’t bother with this item. Now to see if I can get a refund. Worst customer service ever.

One email sending a photo on how to charge the ball doesn’t answer my questions or in fact help at all. Communication is shocking with this company. Finally after weeks of emails I got a full refund.

Initial problems with charging the first unit but as soon as the helpdesk were involved a 2nd unit was dispatched which worked perfectly. Pasquale couldn't have been more helpful. Wonderful piece of kit, ideal size for travelling. Easy to start making music. Great concept, fab. product design including tin. From comments read on Trustpilot, they just need to sort out the charging issue that some people are having. Extremely pleased with my OddBall

Upon purchasing two of these they were initially loved by my daughter. Having both developed a charging issue the team dealt with this very quickly and in the end have sent us two new items. Very happy with the service provided. Great product !!

Initially really disappointed when my order hadn’t turned up after 3 weeks but the CEO Pasquale got involved and could not be more helpful. Turned out the likely delivery issue was Royal Mail, but regardless they arranged a replacement via another courier and it turned up 3 days after Christmas. And the ball is great by the way
Great Xmas gift for my 14 year old who lives music and like everyone boy, likes playing with balls!! In all seriousness, it’s great, charged straight away, downloaded the app, sounds are great, can’t wait to se what my son thinks on Xmas day. We messaged customer service to see if you could connect with Deezer but it doesn’t, but either way, it’s a great gadget, so cool and I think the gift of the year.
Obviously looks like a great product and who doesnt like an awesome new gadget. I bought the product but never received an invoice or any proof of purchase so for all intent and purposes the only proof I have is money taken from my bank account. Do I expect the product to come however…dont think so….I have asked for some form of proof of purchase and the response was iffy at best.
Update: they responded, it came, its awesome…..enough said

Really great concept but we found connectivity issues with 2 different android devices. The ball looks well made and sounds cool but the reality was not for us, the videos on the site and Instagram are misleading and i assume photoshopped (in my opinion). The main issue was regarding the return policy - we contacted and they did accept the return after 3 or 4 emails but from the UK we had to send at our own cost back to the USA, costing £20 and not sure when we will get a refund yet. We were advised to put a value of $1 as the value on the customs form... this is uncomfortable and i assume to do with customs duty etc but this is not on their return policy and seems very strange... beware.. had this return process been clear on the website we wouldn’t have ordered from the UK, it was sent from the UK and had a UK address on email correspondence but USA is were we were told it had to be sent..... not great - i have suggested they amend their return policy to make it clear for other potential customers.
