I ordered the wrong version of Steelcase Leap V2, and it was replaced without any problems before it was shipped.

The product received is in top shape and conform !

At the very beginning I appreciate a lot of a good customer service. Effeco provided a 6/5 customer service from the first contact till the moments I the chair I ordered was assembled.

The Herman Miller Aeron Remasted wih full option and Atlas headrest was totally like a new with fraction of a price of new. The chair is refurbished but still Offeco offers amazing waranty for the chair

Before ordering a "refurbished" office chair from this company I had a chat with a representative and asked about the age of the chairs. I was told the chairs are 4-8 years old on average and would be completely refurbished prior to shipment. I was also told it would take 1-5 days for the shipment to reach me.

1. The chair arrived after 12 days with no tracking updates. I had to write to the store twice to ask why it was late and was told they had staffing shortages.
2. The chair was sent without any information about the age or refurbishments made, and without any installation instructions.
3. It turns out the chair was made in 2006, a 20 year old chair that has many wobbles and worn parts.

It is not clear that any real refurbishments were made beside cleaning the fabrics and the process after ordering was bad from a customer service perspective.

I placed an order for a Herman Miller Aeron chair during their December sale. Chair never arrived, they kept saying ‘its just late, all looks good’. After 1.5 months my patience was gone. I had to open a chargeback with the bank to get them to pay attention to the issue, that was 3 weeks ago.(!)

Despite acknowledging their fault they still haven’t refunded me, always a new excuse. How can a business not know how to accept -a chargeback dispute?? Its now 2 months since my order. Chair is lost in tracking , no refund and a huge waste of time. If you order internationally beware. Now I just hope I can get the money back through Revolut as I don’t trust any word they say.

After an initial delivery issue with the carrier (which was not Offeco’s fault), the team reacted quickly, communicated clearly and arranged a smooth re-shipment. Everything arrived safely and the support throughout the process was friendly, professional and efficient. Especially appreciated the fast responses and the willingness to find practical solutions.

Bought me a desk chair on this site. Everything went very smooth. I had an issue with the wheels though. The rubber part (touching the ground) broke off after maybe 2 weeks. I mailed offeco and they sent me new wheels within the week. Excellent service!

As a person in need for a top quality ergonomic chair that can help me with my back issues, I'm very satisfied with the chair I bought (an HM Aeron Remastered). It looks and feels like a new one, at top price.

I recently purchased a Herman Miller Aeron from this company, along with a few extensions, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The chair was delivered to a different country in a reasonable timeframe, arrived well-packaged, and every part was intact. The quality matched exactly what was described on the website.

I later decided to return the PostureFit extension, and the process couldn’t have been easier. Their team responded quickly, clearly explained the steps, and didn’t ask unnecessary questions. After I provided the package ID, they processed the refund for the Posturefit promptly and even covered the return shipping costs. That level of customer care is rare and really appreciated.

Overall, I’m very happy with both the chair and the service. Reliable delivery, accurate product descriptions, and a hassle-free, generous return experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again and highly recommend them.

I ordered fully loaded Herman Miller Mirra 1 chair. Took bit less than two weeks to get it delivered to Estonia. The chair, even tho close to 15 years old was overall in good condition, only few minor scratches on the frame. The arm-pads look new, the wheels where brand new, the mesh parts also looks pretty new. The gas shock and all the adjustments work flawlessly too. However the box that it came in was damaged in shipping, looks like one corner has taken a hit and as result one of the arm-pad adjustment levers was broken. I sent a mail with my issue to Offeco with pictures and the next day they already responded that they are sending the replacement part out immediately. Overall great company, good refurbishing quality, reasonable prices and awesome customer service. Thumbs up from me for sure.

Aeron arrived in perfect condition and support responds quickly to emails, no issues

Ordered a Steel Case Leap V2. Arrived in 10 work days (within their 15 work day limit).
I didn't receive a tracking link via email, however they sent me one via the chat window on their website when I asked. They were also quick and helpful with a few questions I had.
The box had some light damage but none of it reached the chair.
The chair was in perfect condition and assembly was very easy.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered (Size C) refurbished/showroom model from Offeco.

The checkout process was straightforward and the communication has been perfect.

What I really like is the 60-month warranty and the generous reflection period, which makes buying refurbished feel low-risk and trustworthy.
The product information is also clear, so you know what to expect.

Worst experience ever. Order was ready to ship on the 8th of Jan from Holland to Greece but still today the charo has not arrived. Offeco claims no responsibility and blames the courrier. However I bought the prodict from Offeco and not the courrier. Extremely low Customer Service for a Dutch company......

Bought a Herman Miller Mirra 2 from them. The chair looks like a new one. Delivery was fast. Customer service was very helpful in the phone. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron Graphite chair, it was a long delivery time.

When the chair finally arrived, the delivery was incomplete. Important parts were missing, including all caster wheels, and there also appear to be missing components around the gas lift/cylinder area. As delivered, the chair cannot be properly assembled and is unstable and unusable.

I contacted customer support immediately and provided photos showing all the parts received. So far, I have not received any response.

Given the premium price and the long wait, this experience has been very disappointing. I expected far better quality control and customer service for a product in this price range.

I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
