What seemed like a reliable platform turned into a constant source of stress. Withdrawal attempts were ignored. The perpetual swaps and futures contracts here offer tight spreads and the interface for margin trading is top-notch. Highly recommend for experienced traders.

The educational content in the learn section is actually useful, not just marketing fluff. I've picked up solid information about things like funding rates and perpetual contracts that helped me understand derivatives trading better before risking real capital.

The customer support was beyond unhelpful. On two separate occasions, the platform UI bugged out completely. Despite this, customer support repeatedly insisted the issue was on my side and that everything looked “fine” from theirs. Only after escalation did they finally acknowledge that there was a platform issue but by then, the damage was already done.

While trading a $300,000 position, the ETH/USDC price froze on their platform. Candles stopped moving, and TP/SL orders did not trigger. This persisted for two full days. I tried every possible access point mobile, Mac, PC nothing worked.

I was forced to manually close positions, paying $800 in fees per position, purely because the platform was unusable. No compensation. No accountability.

This experience highlighted several serious problems:

Buggy and unreliable UI

Frozen price feeds and non-functioning TP/SL

Extremely poor customer support

Hidden or excessive fees

For a platform that markets itself as professional and reliable, this was unacceptable. When real money is on the line, “everything looks fine on our side” is not an answer.

I will never trade on OKX again.

Had an issue with a forgotten 2FA code, and the support team was fast and professional in helping me regain access. A very smooth process.

When the market dumps, this exchange usually stays online. I value stability over fancy features, and OKX delivers on that.

Signed up and got verified in ten minutes. The interface guides you through everything clearly. Much better than the confusing KYC elsewhere.

I recently faced a challenging situation with OKX's P2P dispute resolution system.

As a buyer, I completed my payment, which was confirmed by both my bank and the recipient's payment service provider. Despite submitting all required proofs bank confirmation, transaction records, and even official inter-bank communication my crypto remained frozen for over 10 days after the dispute was officially resolved in my favor.

The seller had violated OKX's own policy by using a third-party payment account, and falsely claimed non-receipt even when their own wallet provider confirmed the funds were credited (though temporarily held for verification).

While the OKX platform is generally reliable for trading, the support process during disputes feels unnecessarily slow and repetitive. Multiple “under review” cycles and repeated requests for already-submitted documents extended the resolution time significantly.

Good variety in the Earn section. I like the shark fin products for low-risk yield. Simple way to grow holdings without trading.

Messed up a memo on a deposit once. Chat support fixed it within an hour. Wish it was instant, but at least they resolved it.

The margin tools are easy to understand. I like how you can isolate your positions quickly. Never had a weird liquidation wick like on other sites.

Risk management tools like setting trailing stop-losses directly on open positions have saved me from several bad trades. The interface makes it easy to adjust these parameters on the fly, which is critical when market conditions change suddenly overnight.

Been trading here for over a year. Deposits are fast, withdrawals work every time, and the app never freezes on me. Solid experience.

They always seem to have the new trending coins before everyone else. Great liquidity on the smaller pairs too, so my orders actually get filled.

Dear OKX Support Team,

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the delay in the release of my funds related to a crypto loan transaction on your platform.

I used the crypto loan feature available on your exchange by entering the loan using my entire available balance as collateral. As of February 1, 2026, I fully repaid the outstanding loan amount. According to your platform’s terms, my entire balance should have been released and made available to me within 24 hours following full repayment.

However, despite five days having passed since the repayment date, my balance has still not been credited back to my account.

I contacted your live support team regarding this issue, and a support ticket was created on my behalf. In the response I received, I was informed that the delay was due to a general system backlog and that assets are being released sequentially. Despite this explanation, I am still waiting, and no concrete resolution timeframe has been provided.

This situation is unacceptable, as it prevents me from accessing my own funds without a valid justification and exceeds the timeframe stated in your own procedures.

I kindly but firmly request that the necessary actions be taken immediately to resolve this issue and that my balance be released to my account without any further delay.
