Not all companies, ie Bunnings seem to abide by the agreement that One Pass offers and hence have had to request multiple refunds and pick up myself. Defeats the purpose of having it!!

Love this idea. Handy not to have to keep receipts -so useful to have free delivery for busy people and live the additional time for returns - very helpful at Xmas time

Using Onepass is easy and simple. The reason why it didn't get full stars is I didn't realise you have to do the Onepass and then the flybuyers to get the extra points.

I’m really enjoying the extra flybys points, it makes a great difference to my shopping when I have that little bit extra to put towards my purchases.

I don’t see any benefit to using one pass I don’t get points but spend a lot of money in participating stores. Unless u want free delivery I wouldn’t bother

Easy checkout & 5x Fly By Points. Great range of products = Good Accuracy of Stock levels of an item on Website = Poor Opened packets of products (eg bolts) not removed from shelf = Poor

It's great to get free delivery. I haven't used it a lot, but it pays for itself after three or four deliveries. So, well worth it if you have a lot of things delivered

I joined One Pass on a $20 per year special. It hasn’t taken much spending ti feel like I have gotten fantastic value out of it.

Good program, free delivery can be good if available and that is the biggest issue I can see.

Great Love that I can get partner products delivered free of charge with added bonus flybuy points. Why wouldn’t one use OnePass ?
